Paul and his partner (I think his name was Ron - my apologies for not remembering!) not only said that it wasn't necessary, but easily fixed the issue as well as explained in detail as to what the issue was in the first place. And on top of their refreshing honesty, they also cut me a break on the repair costs. We will eventually need to get a new door and we will 100% be using Do It Right Garage Doors.
