Her brakes are fine now and they do a great job. They fixed my son's car. It had a coolant leak. One of the hoses came back off. They came towed his car back to the repair shop for free and fixed it and did not charge me anything else to get it done most places wouldn't have done that Cox repair service and Towing. These guys are very good. They do good work and they're good people. You can't expect something for nothing and you also need to be patient and let somebody work on your car. If you can't do it yourself these guys do a great job. They have a lot of experience. They know what they're doing.

I was told the issue was repaired, tested, and the vehicle was ready. Immediately after leaving the shop, the vehicle began overheating again while I was driving toward the airport. I had to take it to another repair shop (CarFix in Garner, NC), where I was later informed that a drain plug from the prior repair had not been properly sealed, causing coolant loss and repeated overheating. Despite attempts to save the engine, it ultimately failed and had to be replaced at a cost exceeding $15,000. Black Tires & Auto charged me $1,046.86 for the original repair and refused to take responsibility, issue a refund, or offer any assistance. I have documentation from both repair facilities. Based on my experience and similar reviews from other customers, I cannot recommend this shop.

I had to wait about an hour for AAA to get there which I understood because Hurricane Michael was making his way up I-95. The mechanic didn't want get on the ground to get the spare, so he just put air in the tire. I asked where I could take my car to get the tire checked and he really couldn't help me.
