They came towed his car back to the repair shop for free and fixed it and did not charge me anything else to get it done most places wouldn't have done that Cox repair service and Towing. These guys are very good. They do good work and they're good people. You can't expect something for nothing and you also need to be patient and let somebody work on your car. These cheap repair men then quoted me a price FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS above standard cost for the job to REPLACE A SPARK PLUG. $800 dollars. Please tell me what world we live in to where that cost $800. To add, these careless employees then left my interior light on, effectively killing the battery when I went to go pick it up. DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES. They get by doing good work seldomly, and often ripping off regular joes.
