The sauce is a little sweet, I recommend the sliced brisket over the chopped brisket any day. It's vanilla pudding with some bananas and wafers. I like my banana pudding to be banana pudding not vanilla pudding with bananas, etc.. They had a giant butterfly and giant owl on display but when I asked about the owl, it was not really related to the area or any activities that staff could communicate. They basically just said that it looks nice and the lady who made the large butterfly made that also, so they put it up. I thought that was a little strange as North Carolina has barred owls but not the specific species that the giant decoration is. It does make for a nice piece to look at though. They did have printed information for the activity that I was specifically looking for and everything was well organized. This location is definitely worth a stop.
