I have been looking for a good place to go since I…read moremoved to Woodbury as my two previous experiences with tractor repairs took about 6 weeks and cost over $700. In desperation I went back to one of the local places that said it was not worth fixing as there was a rust hole about the size of a quarter. I dropped it off at Judson's to fix a broken pully and it was done in 3 days. Not only did he fix the broken pully but put a plate in where the rust had been, painted the deck and put a new belt on for less then $300. Utterly amazing compared to my previous two experiences.

Especially if it's something they don't want to deal with! Attitude for days and kind of slow at getting things done. How these guys have survived over the years I'll never know. They are at their best during a sale for sure. But not people sensitive or customer service centered at all after-sale! Very self centered. It's a shame because they do sell good products and maintain the facility very well. Their prices are HIGH but I guess they have to cover for the customers they've lost or driven away. I really wanted to continue to do business with them but wow, we just couldn't continue to do it. Sad.

Even though I purchased my mower there and they have all the info for that equipment, they always insist on Model # and Serial # which is stored in their computer under my purchase order. No such thing as emergency repairs. If you have to wait for weeks their attitude is, "Not my problem." There are plenty of Ariens dealers around and I would suggest you try them first before dealing with this store.
