My mom cried out in pain. Finally, she got the IV started, but the placement was so painful for my Mom after the bag was half gone, my Mom asked her to leave. It was too painful. We had used Drip Hydration before and they are wonderful. They were just busy. Next time I'll wait for them. I did tell them about the experience (I didn't want another elderly person to go thru what my Mom did) and got a refund. At least there was that to make is a little better, after the fact.

Relaxing Cleansing…read more Hydrating I've never had a facial before, but taking some medication's that I'm forced to take was leaving my skin dry and I had some rashes. I thought it would be helpful if I just saw somebody to take a look at my skin and see what needed to change in my skin process. Sheri spoke to me for a while before I even made the appointment to ensure that she was the right person, and that she had the right agents ready when I showed up. She walked me through the process, and I made an appointment, and then waited and waited for the day to come. That is my way of saying she's busy, and she's booked because she is very popular. She doesn't do any online advertising, and I had to get her permission just to do a post, because all of her businesses, word-of-mouth and referrals. She likes her referrals and it has worked out well for her. She started off, making me relaxed, and then she started with a cleansing, then a scrub, then a mask. In between she made sure to give me a hot towel, that continued to open my pores, and it relaxes me even further. Once the mask was on, she began a very relaxing hand and foot massage and began to tell me what she saw on my skin and what suggestion she could make to my routine. when it's time to take off the mask, she removed it with another hot towel and then looked over my pores again to make sure they were unblocked. After that, there was hydration and all in all it took about 60 minutes. And it was a very relaxing 60 minutes, not only doing something for my skin, but also reducing my stress. I am already making plans to go back. Since I never had a facial before, I was prepared to hear her say that I need to come once a week or once every other week, but she said most of my customers come once a month, or once every six weeks. She began the facial and got the products in my hair and on the top of my shirt. Half way through, she put a lose cloth around my hair to hold it back. The facial only lasted 35 minutes and for 15 of those minutes I was left alone in the room with steam just blowing on my face. The rest of the time she just rubbed a cream and exfoliant on my face.
