I called to schedule a home visit for my mother and the person who was doing the IV did terrible…read moresticks. My Mom has tiny veins and I told the nurse she had to use an extra small needle. My mom cried out in pain. Finally, she got the IV started, but the placement was so painful for my Mom after the bag was half gone, my Mom asked her to leave. It was too painful. We had used Drip Hydration before and they are wonderful. They were just busy. Next time I'll wait for them. I did tell them about the experience (I didn't want another elderly person to go thru what my Mom did) and got a refund. At least there was that to make is a little better, after the fact.

They were also cost-effective solutions, not just the most expensive things. And I was really happy with the results after my first appointment. I try to keep things looking natural, just with a little help! I love their "happy hours" where they have discounts on the procedures. I'm actually going back soon to try micro-needling!
