One bad experience after another. Cancelled my membership and had 3 unused services still in my account. The membership agreement (contract law) states unused services are available up to 90 days from the date of termination, however, their membership associate, who obviously devoid of any any contract law knowledge, cited a phone conversation, that voided the 90 days from the confirmed cancellation date, and assigned an earlier cancellation date. Bottom line- poorly operated franchise, lacking fundamental skills and service.

I call a few days later and they say ok yes we will cancel and I finally get an email. The next day I see I'm charged AGAIN. I call and I'm told if we cancel we get charged again for the month? I tell her I cancelled already twice and this is their mistake and I should be refunded. I'm told there is nothing they can do since there is no "notation" on my account of trying to cancel before. I also tell them my husband said he was not aware nor told that we have to be charged TWICE in order to cancel and they say that's not true but yet I'm being charged twice Due to their negligence. I'm sure they did this on purpose so they can make sure to screw you so they can get two charges out of you. Also they tell me if it canceled after the first time I used it I wouldn't have been charged bc it was in the first 30 days of the month and I say I did and I called the third time to cancel within the 30 days and I'm told "we charged you on the 13th even tho we signed up on the 17th and that was our billing day bexcuse when I cancelled in person the FIRST TIME I said to go ahead and charge me two days early because I'm cancelling! The line was silent and then said "I can't prove that was said and there is nothing they can do!"

It has the best ambiance and even has a cute shop in the front of the salon that has clothes, candles, jewelry. It has something for everyone! I have been with 5 different ladies, all of which were amazing (I lose everyone's cards, I'm sorry). My hair always look refreshed and amazing after. They use the best smelling hair products and I always have a great experience!
