They have the best website with very helpful and accurate information. They are very opened about their policies and make sure you know what to expect. they have a great score on the Better Business Bureau, with no complaints (or few complaints) whereas some competitors had LOTS of complaints! On the day of service, a 2 man team came in, explained what would be done, and kindly asked if my 3 little kids would be napping soon. They were sure to get all the loud drilling done before nap time, which was GREAT for me! When they finished the job, they walked me through everything they had done, how to check to make sure it was working, what to do if it seems to fail (and to avoid a $125 service fee if someone just turns off the power to the fan!) and the warranties provided by the company. Overall, it was a great experience and they made me feel safer about the house. This could be a very scary situation, with radon being so closely associated with cancer, but they made sure to allay our fears and their produce should ensure that we have no future problems.

We have serious buyer's remorse about the radon mitigation system installed in our house. We monitored our usual radon levels for a year before the installation and have continued monitoring them for many weeks afterward. The current system appears to have reduced the levels by only about 50%, and it is loud--possibly because it is struggling to pull air out. We also feel vibrations in the walls on both floors. After an email that was never answered and a phone call, we managed to arrange a post-installation visit. We specifically requested different technicians, so the system could be properly assessed without defensiveness. Instead, the same main technician was sent. During the visit, he defensively insisted that the system "should work" (and yet, here we are) and actually joked that we were lucky we hadn't installed it beneath the bedroom, given the noise! It was like pulling teeth to get them to even discuss possible solutions, so, in the end, we simply sent them on their merry way.

I paid $1,590 for them to install a radon mitigation system in my house that is not working (reading was 7.21pCi/L after 1 month). The men who came out had absolutely NO CLUE what they were doing. Proper testing both before and after their installation was never performed and the system was not installed to EPA specifications (i.e. exhaust fan should be 12" above the roof line). They also had no concern for sloppy work or leaving several messes behind for me to clean up. Trying to resolve this issue with the owner, Dave, (who never came out during the installation) only led to a shouting match where I was told my issues were "bullsh@t" and was called a "liar".
