The guys were great, totally honest, personable, and timely! They worked tirelessly on a warmer than usual day and had the entire process finished in 4 days...hazmat suits and all. They left my home spotless, and I must say it was a pleasure and gave me a sense of security when I pulled up just knowing they were there doing such a quality job! I would highly recommend them as other companies recommended them as well when they couldn't accommodate me. They, and I trust them completely! AA++ for a job well done!

I hired Chris and his team to remove asbestos wrap on boiler pipes in my basement. I should have known not to use him when he came to the estimate appointment 30+ minutes late smelling like a certain substance. The day the work was "complete" per Chris, I went to the home to look everything over. I sent Chris pictures of some concerning areas and he came over the next morning. We discussed possible remedies for those areas and as soon as we mentioned not providing final payment until we had our other contractor that is removing the pipes come out and see the areas around the ceiling where there was still visible asbestos that was not removed well, Chris immediately became hostile. He started to threaten us with a lien, said he'd see us in court and just became the most unprofessional, despicable human being I've had the misfortune of dealing with recently. I will reiterate here, at no point did we tell Chris we were not paying him, yet he started to threaten us immediately. I even explained to him when he was having this tantrum that we are not saying we are not paying, we are saying we will pay when this is done right. I don't know if it's because it was 2 women he was dealing with or if he treats all his customers like this. You would think a company run by a minority would also watch what they say yet he had the audacity to tell us in no simple words that "in America I can sue you" because I didn't want to pay him the remainder when he deemed the work done (he chose those words knowing full well my mother wears a hijab and therefore we must be uneducated and not know anything about the US law system). Apparently as the person requesting the service my input has no say to Chris and when he says the work is done, that's it, the work is done. After all of the threats, I gave in because this wasn't worth it. I told Chris I'd have someone else fix the areas he didn't and I'd pay the remainder without even deducting anything from it so I wouldn't have to deal with him ever again. All I asked for which I think would be standard practice, is that he provided final paperwork outlining what was done and the air test results. This man actually said no and that it's only provided after payment and that if I didn't pay he'd see me in court. He also tried to ask that we meet in public to do an "equal exchange" like this was a drug deal. Eventually I got the paperwork and as I said, I made the payment. It was just constant threats of "I'll see you in court, I'm gonna sue you, I'm gonna put a lien on your house". BEWARE if you want to use this company. Do yourself a favor and go with any of the other numerous companies in the area.

I have had contact with both the builder area and the restoration. Both were experience,…read moreresponsive, and knowledgeable. Originally, I wanted to change my current deck to trex for less maintenance. Dan Hoehn understood my need to be price conscious. He had many suggestions to make sure that the job met the standards of Trex and Supreme. Unfortunately, my condo board vindictively denied my request. Dan was concerned and supportive. He offered to contact the board and explain the project and compliance to site plans and city ordinances. Since it never was about the ethical use of the by-laws, this was not possible. He handed me off to the restoration crew and they did an excellent job in bringing my deck back to life. Because of the unusual turn of events, Supreme Deck, with Dan as my liaison, was able to wave the no refund on deposits. I was able to use the deposit to pay for the power-washing and staining. They also returned the unused balance of my deposit. Good, ethical, honest - and we will be working together until I move or die. Thank you for your help through the entire project. GREEDY, DOESNT KEEP PROMISES or CARE OF IMPACT TO YOU…read more * In Dec25, I awarded the contract by email and said that Id like to be scheduled for May. Their bidding person was nice and seemed knowledgeable. * I checked in early May for my position on the schedule and was advised that I wasnt on the schedule and prices went up 15% (in 5 mths) and I would pay it or else. They said I should have called multiple times (WHAT?) or given them money. How am I responsible for their lack of followup? They took absolutely ZERO blame or even apologized, whats more, they claimed they didnt get my email even though I sent original + 2 more of the original to them recently. All this to get an extra $2K!! I dont expect to have multiple contacts with someone to tell them theyve got the job. And, Ive dealt with MANY suppliers in last 15 yrs. * So, now, theyve put me in dutch with many. 1 My assn wants this done asap - THEY DONT CARE 2 Other bidders are now booked - THEY DONT CARE 3 I have to take off work again for bidding again? Im out $100 for every bidder I wait on- THEY DONT CARE 4 If they are this remiss on customers wanting to GIVE THEM $, one questions if they upcharge lots of customers once theyre on the job. OR, worse, threaten to quit, unfinished. I have to wonder if maybe more is afoot: bid low, charge high or find ways to snicker out of work they simply arent making big cash on. BEWARE!!!!! IN SUM: THEY DONT HONOR THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY DONT CARE WHAT JEOPARDY IT PUTS YOU IN AND ONE QUESTIONS IF YOU COULD BE IN DANGER OF HAVING ESCALATED COSTS IF THEY DO WORK. You dont expect this from a long held co, that claims to do so many homes in this unit. And no reputable co does this for a lousy $2K. When co's get desperate, behaviors change.

They're usually very helpful if I need something back in a certain amount of time and will work with me if something needs to be picked up faster than normal. My clothes are always clean and undamaged when I pick them up. So there's no complaints there. They do a good job, though I can't comment on their pricing since I can't say I visit many other dry cleaners. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Dry cleaners can have a terrible impact on the environment. It's hard to say one way or another what Sunny Village's eco-impact is simply because they don't advertise it one way or another. I'd like to see all dry cleaner take active steps towards minimizing their long-term environmental impact, and I'd like to see Sunny Village brag about what they're doing to support that. Overall, I'm going to keep coming to this place. They do good work, I'd just like to see them take an extra step towards using more eco-friendly solutions rather than the typical harsh chemicals.

Our finished and carpeted basement flooded with rainfall coming up through the drain tiles in the last big storm. Javier and his team came out to clean the damage. The basement is divided into 4 rooms and there is a lot of heavy furniture in it. They took our rugs that were exposed to black mold and airborne particles from a sewage/plumbing disaster and had the audacity to return dirty, filthy uncleaned rugs that dumped sand and dirt onto our newly cleaned floors. All they did was wrap them in paper to look like they were cleaned! On top of that, their guys are always smoking cigarettes so everything that is "restored" and "cleaned" comes with a nice stench of smoke. Thank you, Servicemaster. This is the 5th issue we have had with you due to our sewage/plumbing disaster. Let's not forget the time you wanted to charge almost $500 to houseclean the interior of our 1,500 square foot house. I came home to an 18 year old boy with one dirty, purple rag and zero cleaning supplies attempting to "restore" and "clean" one of our bathrooms with warm water. I literally laughed and sent him home and had management call a real housekeeping service. I asked him, "Have you ever cleaned a house before?" He said, "No, the housekeeper didn't show up, I usually steam clean carpets.". Exactly. Am I in the Twilight Zone? Servicemaster, you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lastly, the owner's level of arrogance and rudeness is above and beyond. Obviously, he must be a trust fund baby and not be in need of work or there is a monopoly in the restoration field because he is anti-customer service and anti-respect on top of their shoddy work and unprofessionalism. Servicedisaster is more like it.
