After installation, the shingles were uneven and did not lay flat. When we raised concerns, they were largely ignored. No final walkthrough or inspection was conducted, and we were not provided itemized invoices or clear documentation. An independent inspection confirmed multiple defects, including improperly installed components requiring further repairs. Repairs attempted by Fossil Ridge were unclear, unsupervised, and undocumented. Payment was repeatedly requested despite unresolved issues. We had to hire another contractor to correct these defects. Based on our experience, future customers should be extremely cautious, manage insurance claims directly, request thorough documentation, and ensure inspections and walkthroughs are completed before making final payments.
