This is my first time visiting Greenfield Nails and Spa. Great vibe, nice decor. I love that they have a refrigerator for clients to choose a water or soda. I think that is very welcoming. Elizabeth was my technician and she was fabulous!!! I had a pedicure. She did an amazing job, very detailed and took her time. I felt very relaxed and not like I was on an assembly line. I've been here a few times now and this is one of the very few nail spas that I continue to return to - especially when I need to get my nails done last minute. Their spa is pretty big with a lot of nail technicians, so it can accommodate more people, but it's not crowded. I like that I can book online & they keep a record of what work you got done, so if you need to get a repair, they know what color you used. They have music videos playing and complimentary drinks. I developed a fungal infection after getting my nails done here. I had to visit CVS ($25) and purchase an antifungal topical ($50), and the infection even spread to my thumb. I originally spent $85 on my nails plus a 20% tip. When I went back to the salon, the tech removed my nails wearing only one glove--using that same glove to touch my infected nails and then everything else around the salon. It was extremely unsanitary and concerning. Instead of offering a refund, they only told me to change my review because they removed my nails for free. This was an absolutely horrible experience. Between the infection, the additional medical costs, and the unsanitary practices I witnessed, I will never return. read more

I have been here several times now, it is on the pricey side, but they offer a wider selection, including hard gel. However, I hate that there's not a consistency in quality. My most recent experience will be my last. I was rushed, was injured with bleeding cuticles because the technician insisted on doing dry cuticle care, and I was charged for services/colors/chrome that I did not get to pick. From the beginning, I was given a hard time about what I wanted, and they spent some time trying to figure out if what I wanted could be accomplished (I had pictures, blue cat eye chrome ) and in the end, the technician who did my nails didn't ask and just picked the color he wanted. :( Such a disappointing and expensive experience. UPDATE to the comment below: After I wrote this, the salon personally reached out to me to discuss the issue. They were incredibly apologetic and told me that they stand by their work 100% and dip nails should not chip before 14 days. They have offered to redo the nails for me entirely, even though I could not get in immediately because of my schedule. The personalized service and concern the salon showed to me as their customer is heads and shoulders above any place else I have been, and I thoroughly recommend this salon even more than I did before! I have to take my review down a notch because the quality is very inconsistent here. I went back and got a different technician who seemed to be in a rush. He did not take the care the woman did with my nails last time, and sure enough, I had two broken nails within one week and almost every nail has chipped or broken within two. Absolutely unacceptable for what I have paid. Now I have to pay to get it removed because I just don't want to mess with spending $50-60 on nails that are constantly chipping. read more

Not sure what is going on between the two locations in Chandler and Gilbert, but we drive to Gilbert to find it closed. So we drove here and were told the locations are "no longer affiliated". Oh well we thought that still would be equal level of service. Well we were wrong. The place is large, but was relatively empty. I went with a pedi and daughter had a fancy mani. Mine was ok, but nothing special. Daughter had her skin cut, which is unacceptable at this level and price point! Manager or owner walked around with an attitude. Given the empty place, could have stopped by the patrons, offered a water, soda or at least check on the service. Overall: Will not be coming back. read more

I booked an appointment a week ago and I woke up this morning to see that my appointment had been cancelled. I called when they opened to schedule again and the receptionist advised that I would need to email the owner to get approval. Apparently, Tom Sisouvanh didn't like my previous review. Well, he's not going to like this one either! I normally just walk in, but I thought I'd be courteous to my nail tech and schedule an appointment. Glad to know that the owner doesn't care what I have planned today. He is clearly a control freak and I feel bad for the nail techs. He very obviously doesn't care about their tips! Too many other nail salons in the area to put up with this bullshit. I've been getting my nails done for 18 years and I've never seen anything like this. I came in and picked my color for an almond french set with chrome. At the station the tech asked me to pick a color for my base which I thought was weird, since I hesitated she asked me "pink or nude?" Assuming that French tip is always done with pink I went with that only to be told at the very end of my service that that base color did not work with the color selection I had chosen and handed her. As a professional she should have warned me or not asked and just used the products necessary to achieve the color I chose and handed her before starting the appointment. Aside from not providing what I requested the quality is bad. She didn't clean up the French lines at all with a brush, she didn't clean up the acrylic under my nails (I sat and picked all of it off in my car with my teeth and some clippers lol), she filed way too low in the sides where I had to tell her a few times that it hurt, AND the nails were crooked and poorly placed I didn't have the energy to complain today but this is one of the worst sets I've gotten ever. They charge extra for almond shape which felt gross, but I just might be used to my regular place not charging. $75 for this set felt like it was too much for being so basic and low quality. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. read more

On Feb 7, I came in for a gel Mani Pedi and the pedicure was wonderful! My french tip lines are so perfect. My feet havent felt this good in a long time! The pedi cure was the best i have ever had!!! However. The 3 stars is for my gel Manicure. I feel like it was rushed and messy. My lines are uneven and most of the top coats were lumpy. One of my fingers chipped less that 24 hours later. Some of my fingers the nails are fully coated and some are not. There is no uniformity between any two nails. I called and they said they would fix it. They really only fixed the top coats and one especially terrible nail.I felt like they all should have been repainted but at this point i dont what to be a bother. My nail polish has continued to crack and chip and its only been a week. I cant wait to remove it. Ill just stick to the pedicurese from now on. read more

All I have to say is Greenfield made things right! Lynn was phenomenal and took her time in what I wanted, we even added to make it pop. Very personable and made me feel better about this visit, going back is never easy so she made me feel comfortable and happy. I would recommend her as the nail tech. She also recommended Gene and Aaron. Gene was so sweet and gave us a color that matched exactly what I wanted. Aaron redid the color to my toes to match the new design and color I chose to make ensure I got my color. I am absolutely happy with the outcome. I have been going to Greenfield Nails and Spa for over a year and have always had great service. I get gel pedicures and no matter who I work with, the pedi is consistent. I have done both the basic and the more upgraded service and it is always worth the money! I usually call in to make an appt as they get very busy, especially on weekends. I would not recommend walking in. Sometimes they do not answer right away and it is just because they are busy, always call back and they can get you scheduled right away. I got a pedi/mani at the beginning of November and the pedi was good. The mani was just to clean up nails, cuticles and clear polish. When i left I noticed that my nails on my left hand were all bumpy. That had never happened before. Two months later my nails still look awful and the bumpiness has not grown out yet. I stopped in to talk to manager. "Sorry, we can put on more clear polish" they said. That was all. No offer to redo the manicure for free and take care of the nails they damaged. I had been a faithful client but no more. Where is the customer service? I said I wanted to talk to them before I wrote a review. "It's been two months. Why write a review now?" he asked. I will start by sharing that I have been going to the GFN location in Gilbert for over 5 years and have had exceptional quality of both service delivered and customer service at that location in my time there. This location, however, was severely disappointing and downright lacked all of the quality services that I have come to expect from this business. I will NOT be coming back to this location. Do not let the exterior fool you; their customer service is minimal and they will lack the appropriate communication skills and time management to honor your scheduled appointment. I scheduled two pedicure appointments for 5 pm on 4/9/2025. Upon arrival, it took approximately 10 minutes past our appointment time to be seated; not completely unexpected, but communication would have been helpful. Once my friend and I were seated in our chairs, it took until 5:20 pm before anyone came to share with us that they were running behind. At that time, they began soaking the gel polish off of my toes. Around 5:40 pm, they began the pedicure for my friend (40 minutes after the appointment started) and I was still sitting there until around 5:50 (30 minutes to soak the gel polish off my toes) before they began. In the middle of all of this, another patron started their pedicure, while I was still waiting for someone to even take care of the polish or communicate with me who was going to begin my pedicure. At that point, I asked the tech if we could just revise my requested pedicure, as they were running almost an hour behind and by the time I would even start the actual pedicure, my friend would have to wait for me to complete the rest of my pedicure. The tech then did a gel polish change and an abysmal job of taking care of my calluses. In the time it took for the tech to complete my gel polish change, my friend completed their entire pedicure and the other patron started and completed their pedicure. Upon check out, they charged me for an "express pedicure," gel removal, gel polish change, and callus removal, totaling almost $60. When I asked why they would charge such an amount when it was due to their lack of coordination in scheduling that caused me to have to completely adjust my appointment and experience, they stated the only thing they could do is charge me for the gel polish change ($32), gel removal ($5) and callus removal ($10). When I noted that this was almost the cost of my friend's pedicure and I got much less of an experience due to their inefficiencies, waited for almost an hour before my "pedicure" began, and they left me sitting there without regard, I was offered a measly 10% discount on the itemized bill they provided to me. Never mind that they also stated they would not honor my stamp card for pedicures (that I regularly get at the Gilbert location) because it was a different location. I am entirely disappointed in this location and the experience I had. From the timing, inefficiencies, lack of communication, and disregard for their customers experience, this is not the Greenfield Nails that I have come to know and love. I was so excited to bring my friend here because I assumed it would have the same quality, customer service, and communication I have come to expect from the GFN location in Gilbert; I was wrong. I will never come back to this business; don't let the fancy exterior fool you. They will leave you sitting there with no communication, will not acknowledge their faults, and will not do anything to make it right to the customer, charging you an arm and a leg for a low quality of service. read more

Only lasted six days. Industry standard is 2-3 weeks. Very disappointment as they would not give me a gift certificate to make up for it I didn't ask for a full refund for a small gift certificate. Did not return to calls on 05162025 05172025 and 05182025 Watch out they have yous sign a form at check out that says NO REFUNDS! I wasn't asking for a refund just to Make it right. My nail tech didn't do the shape or length i showed her, the polish was clumpy and uneven, she flooded my cuticles with the acrylic powder and there was excess product on the sides and bottom of my nails. When it was time for the design she kept on doing too much or too little not a good in between, so i showed her myself by painting it and then she removed it and still messed it up, to the point where she told me i could just go finish the design myself at home because i tend to do my nails myself and i wanted to have a nice set for my upcoming trip. Overall this was a terrible and quite stressful experience i shouldn't have to watch over the nail tech and keep correcting them i should be able to sit back and let them take care of me.
