He and his crew came out the next day to install a French drain. He always communicated on their arrival timing and gave me updates as the project processed. They all worked extremely hard and efficiently. Here's the best part, the next time it rained really hard Gerardo gave me a call to follow up about how the drain was working. He truly cared that their work was effective. We were out of town so we saw on our camera that there was a little bit of water still getting in the basement. So Gerardo made a trip out while it was pouring rain to inspect the property to see if he could find the issue. This was above and beyond my expectations!! Having had such a great experience with Salvador and crew on our shed and outbuilding re-roofing project, I called them out to fix the chimney flashing work that the other roofer performed. Wesley (who, if I remember correctly, was the foreman on our outbuilding job) came out about a week after I reached out to properly fix the other company's mistake. After seeing the pictures, I am confident we have the right repair up there. Pricing, as usual, was very reasonable and a good value. And, as a side note - the work they did on the outbuildings has held up for three seasons very well. We had a bit of a tricky situation with the larger outbuilding, which required some clever engineering on their part to get water to drain off a gently sloped porch roof. The custom metal work they did for the gutters has worked very well to get water where it needs to go. They are "our" roofers going forward and assuming they are around whenever we need to re-roof or get a repair (which, hopefully... is a long way's off) - they will be my first contact.

I'm not going to settle with that 300 dollars, because you should take full responsibility of my range. 1. Low customer service quality. You said you would never disappear, in fact you didn't reply my email until I put a negative feedback on yelp. 2. Low work quality. Since you mentioned the stove, that part is actually bad job too. My requirement is hide the gas pipe into the wall, so my freestanding range will stand next to the wall leave no space. What you did was simply move the gas pipe closer to the wall, there is still a huge space between the range and wall, my oil bottle is able to drop into the gap! We need to spend money to hire another contractor to redo your job. If you are unable to reach my expectation, or this project is just can't be done, simply let me know. Not just did a horrible job and tell me "hey, I charge you too cheap." No, your quote is not cheap at all, we have a contractor that worked with us several times and they always did good job, provided a lower quote than yours. The reason I chose you, is you had the earlier availability, that is my fault. 3. I paid $800 in cash, you said $200 is for materials. What material cost $200? You never ever provided a receipt from Home Depot, Lowe's or any other store. That is unprofessional. In the end, I have learned a lesson from this case and want to show it to the other people: Never rush your time to chose a contractor, low price low service quality. They painted all of the walls on the inside of the house, replaced all of the rugs and finished each room with trim along the floor.
