It's clear they take safety seriously. They are conscientious and careful of their surrounding houses and street, the traffic and close by structures (mail boxes, trash cans). Reliable, and professional, very happy about their service. There is a dead tree in my yard which is a risk to my home, so had to get rid of it. I never removed a tree before, and the city permit application needs some docs like site plan which I am not familiar. They helped me a lot during the whole process, made files I needed for the permit and finally got the permit approved (thanks god the city didn't ask for the arborist report). They showed up on the scheduled day and got the work done faster than I expected. In addition, their price is very reasonable. I did a ton of homework with permits, a large (but still responsible) number of bids, references, and double checked things with my insurance company given the potential for serious harm and damage should things go wrong. We had a tree that we tried hard to save over the years, but was just leaning more and more, and started to show signs of "failure" after the bomb cyclone incident.
