When the flowers were eventually delivered the next day by 10:00am, the flowers were wilted, not as full as described, and simply handed to the recipient in a vase with no wrapping. I would expect a bit of ribbon or tissue paper or something for the price. But that's just me. Also, no balloon. Fortunately I ordered through Flowers.com and they gave me a full refund.
