Many cons for this place. Management is awful. If you can actually get someone on the phone its a miracle. The birds that have built nests in the hallways that they do nothing about. The disgusting walkways to your apartment are covered in trash liquids, trash, and bird shit. They want residents to leave trash outside your door and pickup is every night. Convenient until the birds get into it. They charge you $300 to have a childs birthday party in the clubhouse. The pool is open 24/7 which leads to loud pool attendees well drunk and blasting music. Definitely would not recommend if look for peace and cleanliness. read more

Would NOT recommend living here to my worst enemy!!! I had a blackout and a seizure and was sent a "safety" letter they would not discuss with me as they hang when I call and will only refer me to lawyer's office as they placed an amount in excess of $5600 on my credit report when I have a medical professional letter stating I had a seizure. Good luck if you have a medical issue.My rent was paid on time and I complied with their outrageous notice to vacate my apartment with over half a month left already paid. They are ruthless blood suckers that DO NOT care about their residents!!!! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. read more

This is been the worst place I've ever lived. Which is so deceiving because the front office is beautiful the pool is beautiful and the gym is really nice. Those were the reasons that I rented this place to begin with. It has been nothing but problems loud partying harassing neighbors for months police phone calls for noise and full of roaches these photos and videos are three weeks after they sprayed they're still live crawling roaches all over my apartment. I have absolutely hated living here and they refused to let me leave here out of my lease without paying them $2500 even though I've already been here a year and a half. When I had a neighbor that did nothing but harass me and have parties all during week they said I could move apartments but then would actually never move me and always told me that there were no apartments available for the past six months. Their solution to everything is to just contact their attorney whose name is Jennifer and McCoy. I have spent a fortune having to stay in hotels some during weeknights because of parties they go on till 2 AM and I've called the police so many times I've lost count this place is a nightmare. I don't know if it is the complete miss management of this location or if it's related to the corporate office. I'm counting down the days till I can pack up and get out of this place. I wish someone had told me because I was completely deceived by the beautiful front office and the pool. I'm writing this to save other people to complete horrid experience that I've had here. I've been a department in major cities all across the US and I have never had an experience like this one. I have lived in 7 apartments in my lifetime. This is BY FAR, above and beyond the best place I have ever lived. The office was so kind when I signed my lease, I was going through some drama with my last apartment complex and wasn't exactly sure when I'd be able to move in. The office at Greenhaven was flexible and good to work with me during my move-in, so I could do so on a date that worked best for me. The maintenance team is great too, they responded to some non-urgent issues I was having next-day. The units are so nice, and it's reasonably priced for the quality of what you get in my opinion. They smell new and clean and if I didn't know better, I would think my apartment had never been lived in. The washer and dryers are very high end, I still don't totally know how to use them. All stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are massive and the flooring & granite is beautiful. Very spacious and thoughtfully laid out to maximize space. The outdoor areas are well-lit and clean. I feel very safe here. The buildings are well-constructed, and even though it's not totally sound-proof, noises are muffled and few & far between. One of my neighbors has a dog that tends to get very loud and I struggle to hear him once I'm inside. Also! They have on-site storage units which is great because I'm temporarily downsizing to save money while I shop for a house. I was able to rent one very affordably and it fit all my extra things. The neighbors are friendly and decent looking/acting people. This is not a complex of families with 5 screaming kids, loud college students, or sketchy old men who sit on their lawn chairs and smoke in the parking lot. This is a nice area and the people living here reflect that. The pool is immaculate, and the gym is worthy of me cancelling my membership at Prairie Life Fitness. The clubhouse is open all the time and is a very nice area for indoor games or entertaining a group. They have lots of community things to do here and an active facebook page, where they announce happy hours, cooking classes, dive in movies at the pool, and neighborhood field trips to places like the distillery. It really is a "haven." My drive to work is 20 minutes longer now, and it's worth every single minute of it. I don't feel like it's my home yet, I still feel like it's a boujie beach condo and I just didn't get an oceanside view this year. My friends and family have all been so impressed when they come to visit. I highly encourage you to check this place out if you're looking for a new place to live. It's worth every penny! read more

The quality of these apartments has gone way down since first moving here in 2020 and we are forced to pay a large rent increase with seemingly no improvements! There are birds nests, garbage, mold, and dirt in the hallways and this has not been addressed the whole time I have lived here. There are bugs in the apartment all the time and we pay for pest control. The hot water runs out very quickly. And the worst part... we have had SEVERAL packages stolen from our front door over the last 5 months! The management team says there is nothing they can do, but there is no kind of security or video camera systems in any of the apartment buildings. It's such a shame that we pay a premium for these luxury apartments yet we can't live comfortably here anymore. read more

I love my apartment. Unfortunately I have to relocate so I have to leave but if I could magically transport this community to Florida my dreams would come true! I haven't had very many maintenance issues (the occasional light bulb and bathtub drain) but they've always been fixed promptly. The staff has always been friendly to work with and they communicate promptly through email. The on-site care team is a great touch and they hold really neat events that allow you to get out and about with your neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet, the location is great! A quick walk to restaurants and grocery. The pool and gym are wonderful. read more

Best Apt I have lived in so far. This is a new construction, everything is clean and sufficient. And it is not the equipment part that impressed me. The staffs are all stars. They deserve the best of words. I am moving from California to TN. They helped me put my furnitures and amazon orders in the the apartment. Since on the day that I move in, I will be there after office hours. They helped me with the situation and let me go into the apartment on that day. They even provided me with some basic supplies such as paper towel, kitchen appear, soap and shampoo. It is these small details that made them stand out. Great apartment. read more

Went to look at this apartment yesterday and wait 1.5 hours for someone to help me. I thought maybe they were at lunch so, I just waited. Left and came back at 3:00pm. The man at the desk yelled across the room to help me. Would not get out of the chair. I explained I was looking for a 1 bedroom by this date. He stated it would be____. Never offered to show me an apartment, never offered to show amenities or anything else. Explained that the quote was good for 2 days. Printed out the paper, on the way to get the paper came back and took his phone like I was going to steal it. Told me to go online to apply if I wanted it. End of conversation! I can not believe I waited for this! Waste of time and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Seems nice and in a good location. But, I imagine this would be the response when you needed anything for your place. The company should look at who is managing this place! read more
