I had a debacle with another apartment that didn't work out and Tasha did everything she could to make sure I was in an apartment ASAP- she walked me through the online portal, showed me the actual apartment I'd be living in (not a model...) and was always on call to answer my questions. I had a garbage disposal issue and Kevin, the maintenance fellow, fixed it the next day and it works wonderfully. There are grills out back, an elevator (helpful when moving!) and laundry machines that use your card. (Thank God, no more coins!) First come first served parking but I haven't had an issue. Close to all major freeways. No dishwasher but it's worth it to be safe and comfortable :)

Specifically the manager, kevin, and assistant manager, tiara, are horrible! Numerous staff have quit because of the shoddy management, as well as residents, and more are planning to leave. I know this first hand. Tiara is rude, lazy, and arrogant. She doesn't go the extra mile for anyone! She does the bare minimum and has an extremely fake demeanor. She gets irritated when dealing with the tenants. When my fob failed to work, tiara claimed she'd fix it, but never did. Fortunately, one of the maintenance workers offered to get it activated since I had tried several times to no avail. I also had to contact her several times regarding some paperwork. She never reached out to me. I had to keep going to the office to finally get it taken care of. Kevin is weak. He doesn't want to discuss anything in person and will actually hide from you if you try. He personally targeted me and my neighbors and I couldn't even tell you why, as they are some of the nicest people who live on the property! He is constantly watching camera footage to go after the residents about one thing or another. He is NOT management material! The walls are super thin and I could hear just about everything my neighbors were doing- alarms going off, stomping around, conversations, music, the tv, etc. The management strives to put in as little money as possible for repairs, if they do repairs at all! Therefore, you keep dealing with the same problems which will only be solved by moving out! I asked to have overgrown landscaping trimmed back. The second time I asked, I received a very snotty remark from Kevin, And the work was never done. The buildings have leaks all over, so don't be surprised if your unit has water coming in during the many storms the area receives! They also claim they'll dna test dog excrement that isn't picked up, but they never actually do because they don't want to pay for the testing to be done. I could provide numerous additional examples, but this review is already very lengthy. It may be an ideal location to some, but I would NOT recommending living at this location! Do yourself a favor and find another location to reside!

Living here has definitely been different for me. I never thought I'd live in Nashville, but being in Berry Hill at Gale has made the transition easier. Where things fell apart was income verification. I'm self-employed. My business is newer but generating money. I explained that I could provide verified business deposits plus a significant amount of liquid assets. I simply wanted to confirm whether that structure would work before applying. Instead, I was told that to qualify, I would need to show an average bank balance of about $67,000 over six months -- essentially the equivalent of a full year's income sitting in cash. That struck me as unusually rigid and not particularly thoughtful toward self-employed applicants, even those with strong assets and credit. Maybe that's their policy. Maybe it's just how this was interpreted. Either way, I chose not to apply. If you're self-employed or have non-traditional income, you may want to consider applying to a different building.

We've appreciated that they're constantly maintaining the property and the landscape and just in the few years that we lived here, they have updated the appliances, renovated the clubhouse which includes coffee and wine stations, and built a yoga studio and a dog park. The amenities here are great. There's two pools on the Whitworth side and 2 on the Richland side, each with their own grills. We've also enjoyed the various events that they organize - the Christmas party, free beer/food for the holidays, pet photos for Halloween and Christmas. The staff here have also all been incredibly friendly and responsive. I've put in service requests through the online portal, and they would come by to fix it just a few hours later.

It was past 9am when the leasing office is supposed to be open, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. We drove 70+ miles for nothing but disappointment. They will not be getting our money and they should communicate in the future. They are obviously not interested in getting our money either. They just emailed me this morning about booking a tour, they don't even understand they missed our tour. Very disappointed- give your money to a much better complex in Murfreesboro if you are searching.
