We initially came here because our trees helped support the Scouts, and kept coming for the same reason, plus a good variety of tree types and sizes The Scouts help move the trees, net up the tree, cut the bottom and tie to the roof! Please note in 2020 Covid, their trees were heavily sold in early December! Prices are fair for a tree and to support the Scouts!!

When I reached out to them for a refund for the defective product, I was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of empathy. They refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the plant and offered me a gift card for 50% of the item. It feels like they don't stand behind their products at all. Then, as it dumped- there was a ton of dirt and fines. Delivery guy said: "it's normal". As my guy is shoveling it, he asked where I got it because the stones under the top layer were/are filthy and in a ton of dirt and composite. Love the color of the stones, once they are rinsed clean from all the dirt. Looks like I'm digging in the grass, looking for stones.
