This place is a plant and coffee lovers dream! Loved the atmosphere with the cute sitting area and being surrounded by gorgeous greenery. Check out the restrooms there too. We had their specialty drinks - the Secret Garden and Flora...they were both very good. We also shared a tomato and basil scone with a side of pesto sauce - that pesto sauce was amazing! Bonus that this place is vegan and gluten free too. If I lived in Corvallis I would come here all the time. Everything they serve is gluten-free and vegan. I enjoyed my tomato basil scone and mushroom coffee very much, as well as the comfy chair and spectacular mirrored ball bathroom. The servers were friendly and there are plants for sale everywhere. The name of the store gives it away, but to make it extra clear - only alternative milks here. They have the whole range which is impressive - pistachio, macadamia nut, oat, almond, soy, coconut and probably a few others I'm forgetting. It's an adorable shop (but cafe and plants) and service is nice and friendly. They are big and popular so it could take a little longer before your drink is ready ... be patient. The matcha and hot chocolate with macadamia nut milk is SO SO SO good - rich and decadent with a good mouth feel. I think it must be due to macadamia nut being high in fat. This was also probably high in calories as I couldn't finish the medium size and normally I have no problems finishing that off in 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately the regular coffee with an alt milk didn't taste quiet right, which was a bummer and thus the 4 (vs 5) stars read more

Love the vibes here! It is so beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you are in a garden. The staff is super friendly, and there is a great ambiance. Plenty of seating and wifi if you need to get work done. I ordered a matcha latte, and it came out in the cutest mug. I am a college student, and this is such a great spot to sit at when you need to lock in and get work done or apply for jobs. They also have a pretty great menu for snacks. Gorgeous coffee and vibes here. It's decorated so beautifully and is such a fun combo of excellent coffee & plant shopping. The air feels so clean because of all the plants, and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They just remodeled so there is plenty of seating now which is amazing. Today I tried their vegan Caesar salad and it was the best salad I've had in my life. You can tell a lot of care was put into it, the flavors are out of this world! I can't wait to try more of their food menu. I also had a queen frostine latte, very delicious. My go to is the mushroom mocha, but I feel like you can't go wrong with any drink here, they know what they're doing with flavors. 10/10 recommend!! read more

I'm not local to Corvallis but whenever I'm in town this is my absolute favorite spot to stop at. The coffee menu is excellent. Delightful. lush vibes!!! We have landed here as visitors from Sacramento. This is a coffee shop with great offerings. They have unique drinks as well as the traditional coffees and teas. Seating inside is a small bar, two cozy chairs, anpicnic tables outside. Plants, plants plants !! So many to buy and enjoy while your here! Charming Service is a plus. Friendly sweet people. 5 stars as a plant shop, 3 stars as a coffee shop averages out to 4 stars total. I really appreciated the sign in front that stated that they only have alternative milks - super humorous and got the point across. As a coffee shop, the drink that we got was way too sweet and more milk than espresso. For signature drinks, there's a fine balance that needs to be struck between the actual flavor of coffee and the additives - but when the flavorings overpower the espresso, that's when the balance is lost. Additionally, there is super limited seating so be aware of that! As a plant shop, on the other hand, I loved the assortment of plants. They have a super cool "specialty plants" wall that features some pretty rare monstera and it was really fun to browse the store's overall wide selection. They also have plenty of pots and other plant accessories for sale - all very cute and fun! read more

Walked in on a whim and this GORGEOUS little coffee/plant shop certainly did not disappoint. What a lovely ambiance to enjoy a cup of coffee - surrounded by a variety of plants and tasteful decor. In addition to coffee standards, Greenhouse offers some in-house specialty drinks - I had the Secret Garden Latte (hot) which features macadamia milk and lavender. Turns out, mixing the two together creates a drink that brings out the best in the flavor profiles of each. It was very cool to see a specialty drink on the menu that is plant-based by default! The barista was friendly and helpful. My drink was prepared quickly and placed on the bar, where there are a few barstools available for customers to enjoy their drinks in the shop. There are also some comfy-looking chairs near the back. I so look forward to returning to this beautiful and bright little shop! So glad I stopped in. read more

I finally went to this shop about a year ago. The decor was really sweet. Plants everywhere. That's about all I can say good about it though. I think two stars is actually too generous, but I almost gave it two because of the nice plants all around and the fact that the two chairs are comfy. Yep. There's only two chairs. When I was there before, I just wanted a coffee. They don't actually make coffee there even though the window says "Coffee + Plants." They apparently had pre-made coffee or coffee concentrate. They had to use their steam injector to heat it up, and I had to wait for that to warm up. The coffee was just OK. Fast forward to today. I was meeting a friend for a coffee break. My friend opted for Greenhouse only because of the convenient location and the plants. I steeled myself and met my friend there. I was really going just for the company and figured I'd get an espresso. The menu was four pages long, but there was actually no coffee on it at all. Even though the cups and the window still said "Plants + Coffee." They had kombucha. They had chai. They had maybe six kinds of tea. My friend got white tea. I got Jasmine green tea. We were going to sit down and enjoy our tea, so I asked if they had anything other than a paper cup since that's what the "barista" was getting out. "Sorry. No." It was raining. I had walked. My coat was wet. There was no place to hang my coat. There are two comfy chairs. They are the only chairs in the place. Two chairs. There were also three stools at a little counter. That's it. So our tea came. It was a large cup, probably larger than what the tea bag was meant to make. And guess what it tasted like? It tasted like the paper cup. Such a waste. I should have brought my own mug. I do that on the rare occasion I get a to-go beverage. But for sit-down inside? There should be a ceramic mug for me, and it should be pre-heated before the tea is made. The music that was playing was really awful. I don't know if the "barista" chose it or it was chosen by the owners. The plants that are for sale seemed pretty expensive. Very small Rex begonia starts for ten bucks. Wow. I give those away. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. A coffee shop without coffee. No mugs. No seats. Bad music. Expensive plants. I kind of wonder if it's a money laundering operation or the owners are running it as a loss for tax purposes. Who knows. I don't think I'll ever have the reason to go back. My friend agreed. My friend forgot that it wasn't that good. Oh. Yeah. My friend avoids caffeine, and he asked if the tea he wanted was herbal. The "barista" said that she had no idea. I knew that white tea is very delicate and not fermented and has less caffeine, but it does have some. The barista didn't even know what tea they were serving. Wow. Just wow. Two stars actually would be generous. It will be one star. I hate giving one star reviews. Ambiance is two or three stars. The rest of the experience clearly earned only one. My first review was just from walking in and enjoying the plants. I didn't actually order anything. I should have kept it that way. read more

I normally drink matcha lattes when available but the golden milk latte was so good, I came back for another. For the plant lovers out there, they had a little bowl of mystery nodes where you could take one for free. They also display art from local artists that can be purchased. The only con is that when I went there was not much indoor seating but they had chairs/tables outside for you to enjoy your drink -- just be mindful, especially if it just rained and there is no indoor seating. read more

This place blew me away. Gorgeous green happy-healthy plant shop with sun streaming in through the windows in the morning. Exceptionally warm, welcoming service, and top-notch espresso drinks made with plant-based mylks. 100% vegan and gluten-free. Genuinely dog friendly. Coolest bathroom in Corvallis. The barista Maya rang my order after I'd sat at the bar, and when I asked later why there hadn't been some way to leave a tip, she said she'd just entered "no tip" herself because she didn't want to make me get up! That's amazing. There was a steady stream of customers, and Maya was equally friendly with everyone - she truly loves (and excels at) what she does and radiates good cheer. Seating is limited to a few barstools and two comfy chairs, plus the picnic tables in front for when the weather's nice. I'm beyond sad that I don't live here to go to this coffee shop ALL.THE.TIME. I went twice while in town after discovering it...would have gone more but found it closer to the end of my trip. Incredibly cute and inviting space for plant lovers and some excellent decor choices that will have you feeling like you're in the tropics, even on a cold, cloudy day in Oregon. Unfortunately, I can't say that the coffee quite lives up to the aesthetics of the place. They're a fully vegan coffeeshop (so they use plant-based milks and have vegan pastries to offer) and have some pretty interesting specialty drinks with some unconventional names. Case-in-point, we ordered an "Edgar Allen Pump" that was essentially an oatmilk latte with sweet syrup and hints of cinnamon. The drink was way too sweet -- maybe I'm just too used to my coffees tasting like, well, coffee, but the sweet taste was way too overpowering for me. So much so that I can't tell you what I thought of the espresso because the sugary syrup completely masked it. I'd definitely revisit to buy some succulents/indoor plants (they have a wide selection and some clippings available too), but if you're looking for serious specialty coffee, this place probably won't satisfy your itch. read more
