Servers were friendly and I got my coffees within a few minutes! Got a pollinator latte and a chai. The pollinator latte was definitely unique with the combination of honey, lavender, and mint. Some moments it was stronger in the honey and lavender flavor, others it was like peppermint mocha almost. I definitely enjoyed it and something to try if it's available on the menu. The chai was good, heavy on the cinnamon and a bit too sweet based on my personal preference. Can't comment on the food but there were plenty of people eating the scones, so it might need to be thing the try the next time I'm here! read more

Really fantastic! The metolius chai is super yummy, better than most chai lattes I have had. Has lots of extra spices that give it a very fall feel. The croissant was good too, stuffed with more fall flavors. The inside was really cute too, with lots of places to sit. I have been to two Coffee Cultures in three days and each one had a different price for a small 8oz latte. I was told "we have had a price increase for the first time in many years"......ok well, then settle on a price and charge folks the same at each establishment! I was charged $4.10 at the drive through by Winco, and $4.65 at the 9th St business. Why? I was never offered an explanation, just an expectation to pay. Get it together CC, and decide on a set price for your tepid, weak coffee. read more

The staff is always friendly and fast with getting your order out and the drive thru is very efficient. They roast their own coffee and make their own fresh pastries. More than a great coffee drive-thru, this former donut shop is the best place to have a short meeting, get a little work done or just chat with friends. They even have a huge table in the middle of the space that works for larger groups. The service has never been anything but friendly and accommodating -- even for simple things like letting me keep an open tab for a few minutes to pay for a business colleague's drinks. Their coffee has always been good, their mochas are great, but the iced tea is excellent. Smoothies aren't the best in town, but not bad at all. And as opposed to their other location across town, this store has free WiFi, I hope they keep it that way! read more

Okay so the smoothie is good and so are the pastries but the customer service was irritating. While they were taking my order I could hear them talking bad about other coworkers for messing up orders and not having proper training. Ironically while they did this they messed up my order and condescendingly asked for a tip, I wish I wouldn't have left one but when your asked In such a way it feels rude to not leave one. i love the coffee here but i'm consistently getting charged different prices, i get a 12 oz soy latte with flavor and one day it will be $4.50 and the next $5.25 which is absurd for a 12 oz anyway. My drink turns out different almost every time I come through. If you're gonna charge a whopping 85¢ for soy milk, please stop forgetting to put it in. read more

Normally I love this place but last week when they messed up my order, it made me afraid to go there again! I order an iced hot chocolate every time I go there and have never had a problem, but this time I should've known something was off when the girl was unsure what I was talking about. She called it by a different name so I just figured this particular girl had her own name for it. When I drove off, I noticed it was a different color. It was actually a Java Frost. I couldn't go back because I was on my way to work so I tweeted them, thinking they would acknowledge what happened, but nope. Nothing. Driving through coffee house is like a thing in Corvallis, which I find it a bit ironic. ( local ppl are proud to announce they are environmental conscious but driving through coffee houses all around town are certainly not eco-friendly) We tried three of them and I think this one is better because people work there are super friendly!!! Great pastries and coffee. But the service at this location is lacking. I went thru the drive thru and the person asked me to wait, so I said sure no problem. Then I sat for 10 minutes(3 songs on the radio) and they never got back to me. I finally gave up. I even pulled up to the window and got no response. I admit it. I'm a coffee snob. I may go a touch beyond coffee snob. When I had to go on a limited caffeine diet, I just switched to decaf. I actually have a line item in my home budget called "Coffee Culture." I can't comment on the quality of their pastries because they don't have drive-thru gluten-free options, but I drive through the Annex and the Timberhill locations on a regular basis. The vast majority of the baristas are friendly and efficient. They recognize my car and often have my coffee ready for me by the time I get to the window. That said, they lose a star for a combination of slower service since they moved into the old donut shop and the fact that they raised the price of their coffee at nearly the same time that they eliminated daily and monthly specials.
