I've ordered a few times without issue. I recently ordered a delivery. When I ordered online I thought I was getting a twist on cartridge not a disposable vape. The picture indicated the twist type. I received two disposable vapes. Not a big deal despite it not being what I ordered. I opened one, was able to take a few puffs before it died. These can't be charged so it's basically useless and still full. The other lasted a couple days. I called and spoke to someone who worked there and he said I needed to email the owner. I did. It's been 4 days and no response. I asked for them a refund for one despite the other crapping out pretty quickly too. No email, no response and no customer service it seems. Save your money and use another delivery service. There's many. These guys don't seem to give a sh*t about customer satisfaction when their products fail. read more

I placed an order. Not only did they not deliver it, they never contacted me to tell me they were cancelling. Not cool. Update: I decided to take Terrence up on his generous offer to fulfill my order free of charge. I called to place the order, I don't know who I spoke with. He told me he was out of my original order. I asked what he had. He offered a different brand. I asked what strains. He said Hybrid and Indica. I said I'll take the Hybrid. They gave me Indica. I didn't realize until hours later. I called, and was very nice and explained what happened. He asked what I wanted. I asked what he thought we should do. I was informed that my business is no longer needed. I should be happy that I got something for free after the driver drove across the bridge and paid tolls and for gas. I said that's fine that he doesn't want my business, but he should know when an order is wrong. I didn't know the driver was coming from Oakland. I should have, but I honestly thought they'd have a delivery hub of some kind here in the city to avoid having to cross the bridge. Had I realized, I would have given the driver a bigger tip. Also, I was going to suggest exchanging for the right thing. I could've waited until the driver needed to be in SF. If things had gone differently I would've ordered again and done just that to make up for it, and then not order again. It bums me out because I wanted to support this biz, but delivering from Oakland and then expecting the customer to pay for your gas, mileage, and bridge tolls is kind of crazy when there are so many other dispensaries that deliver locally. I suggest only ordering if you're in Oakland or be willing to compensate the driver well. Additionally, the product I received I am trying to return. read more

These guys are definitely the worst collective around. I placed my order at 10:00 this morning hoping for an early delivery. Three hours and a couple of irritating phone calls later I got a bad bag of weed that I was able to trade for more bad weed. Worst of all these shysters tried to trick me. The quality of the weed is what bothers me the most. I bought from Greenline because they have Zkittlez, which is rare, so I was willing to pay the high price. What I got was a bag of small buds with next to no trichomes. For 60 bucks I expect fire. I called, complained about the shitty Zkittlez, and the guy on the other end said he'd send the driver out with a replacement. Sounds professional right? Nope. So the driver shows up and gives me a new bag of what was supposedly Candyland. He tells me to smell the bag. It smelled EXACTLY like candy. Alarm bells should have gone off. Later I took it out of the bag and sniffed. Let's just say the bag smells great and the nugs don't. It's like going back in time to high school and buying from a sketchy dealer. Before I even placed the order I checked the website: http://www.greenlinecollective.com/about-us.html, which said they open at 10:00. When I called to see what was taking so long at 12:00, the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. The first thing he said was, "We don't even open 'till eleven." So I recently did a professional strain review with Item 9 productions on Gold Seal Sunset sherbert, so when I searched weedmaps who carried this strain Green Bay popped up first. So I ordered a quarter of it having tried the brand and strain recently for the review I knew what I was getting. So it arrived about an hour late, and came in a cheap plastic bag (not Gold Seal brand packaging). I didn't inspect it because it's just a quarter and I thought I knew what I was getting. So after paying and tipping even though it was late, I opened the bag to realize it didn't look or smell like Gold Seal Sunset Sherbert. What I got smells like neem and chlorophyll, has no purple color what so ever, and has a couple of larfy buds that should have gone to concentrate and not in this cheap clear plastic baggy. I called to complain and was offered no solution. They will not get my business again, as I believe they are misrepresenting brands with crappy substitutes. When I finally broke open a bud because I was curious, about 9 seeds popped out also. Not going to touch anymore of it cause it probably has Eagle20 sprayed all over it I'm guessing too. So they ripped me off for 100$ plus the tip to the driver for total crap and offered no solution what so ever to even try to make it close to right. Would give less than 1 star if possible, avoid this place like the plague. read more
