This year, a doctor (a "Dr. Phil"?) canceled my appointment on the DAY OF (despite confirming the day before), simply because he realized he had a big gap in his schedule and didn't want to be in the office so long. Wah. There are better places around where you can be treated by someone who actually behaves like an actual professional.
