This company now goes by "ninefold." They have been so sleazy. I'm a senior and unemployed. They came through my neighborhood selling their services. Should have known better. My contract is with Greenline. Now they are Ninefold. These are some of the scummiest operators in Utah. They have aggressive sales and office practices. Originally they tried to sign me up for a 2 year contract. They agreed to one year. They are to come quarterly at $150 per service. In looking at other posts, this is overpriced. I became unemployed and called immediate to a cancel on this contract. It would cost $279 and they wanted to hold me to it. Of course none of this is spoken about during their friendly door-to-door sales pitch. I decided to try to make it through the year and never ever again. And, I had to sweat each payment out while finding any way to pay my bills. Around November, I wrote **and** called to make sure my contract won't renew in May. They said I need to call and write to them before it renews (apparently the first time wasn't good enough). So I did both today again. April 10, 2026. "Caslissa" kept telling me "Ohhh, I'm so sorry. I so understand. And you are under contract. You'll need to follow through with that. You can transfer this to a friend or family." Are.you.kidding.me? Why would I ever send a scammy company to any friend or family member? Read the one-star reviews. I said I cannot afford the next service. She was so vindictive that as soon as I got off the phone, she put a $279 charge through my bank account and wrote that it was for a cancellation charge. Then she sent a 2nd email saying "Here is a copy of your contract as you requested." I did not request a copy of my contract. I already have copies of it. She did it as a way to justify the $279. That is straight nasty and they should be utterly ashamed of themselves but these types never are. "It's legal" they'll tell you. It caused so much panic at a horrible time. What a low-down way to do business. I had to immediately try to reach my bank at almost 4P on a Friday. Then I had to race to get there before they closed to cancel my card and flag the charge for fraud. Even if I were to somehow owe for one more service, it would be $150 max. She did this just to be extra nasty and put me in a bind as she tried to upsell me the entire time. They cannot be trusted with your financial payment information. It's fraud and it was the ultimate in bad faith. I asked them to fix it and reverse the charge. You do not want to get caught up in this lousy business that is being referred to as not only a scam but practically a pyramid scheme on Reddit. Buyer Beware. Mikey was great & so was Isaiah. Mikey discussed how Greenline works. What it does & dosent do. Assured me my pets & children would be fine as long as we waited an hr (which is true for some others we have tried not something for others). He explained it's a 2 yr contract upfront not after sign up. Really made a difference. Isaiah followed with amazing service to our property, ​did everything Mikey had stated would be covered. Less than good. They canceled the last three times they were suppose to be here. The last appointment I told them not to come until I was home. They came anyway and charged my CC. They left no sign that they really came. When I canceled, they still charged my CC $279. When they don't do what they say, they shouldn't have charged me to quit. They're bad!!! read more

Recently hired green line to spray for ants July 15 1rst was $99 before contac was signed told the sales man want it done every 3 an billed for service when they spraying again so got another bill charges for my first initial spray now to cancel being charged again. This company is a preditory unlicensed company selling in Utah county and never had a permit to sell in Spanish Fork don't give this company your checking information I'm certainly not happy paying $99 $177 and $279 cancellation charges in fact I still have ants. I was fine paying $99 and $177 quarterly not back to back month billing cycles they say one thing lie then take your money and do whatever they wish don't trust them each Utah county city they never have pulled solicitations permit if you see these sales people notify local law enforcement and report them in your area no license to sell their contracts are not legal consult an attorney to get your money back.
