Maintenance requests take forever if they get done at all. Multiple billing issues with fees or utility bills. They have increased the rent on the unit every year for the last 5 years and doubled the utility bill after being required by the government to equip the unit with a water filter system. How is it fair to make the tenant pay for that? They go through their staff like toilet paper too. I have gotten a different "agent" every time I call and am told the person I ask for is no longer with them. 1/5 stars is one star too many. Stay away from these crooks. Update: I have called 6 times now and stopped by the office one time. Was told I will have to deal with this representative that has told me multiple times she is new and is just waiting to get "clarification" So ball is in your court.

We are subject to "inspections" TWICE PER MONTH, and any time they have to get any info to me they feel they are within their rights to enter my apartment and leave messages inside my apartment. I would say rent with EXTREME caution. Instead of properly installing it - they left a huge gap in so you could see outside. They attempted to "fix it" but you can still see to the outside. This is just one example of multiple maintenance issues I've had they the fix but just make it worse.
