This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! I committed to having FR Landscaping remove a tree that is leaning towards my house and despite several texts and emails, I haven't been able to make arrangements for them to actually come and remove the tree. I asked for an estimate on another project and it took 3 weeks and 5 text messages to get Rocco to return my texts or calls. He said he was "really busy and had multiple projects". I'm now being charged for weekly grass cleaning and I have yet to come home and say "wow, they mowed the grass today" as I had with Eddie's Yard. I'll be returning to them. Rocco is very nice but the work is meh... you can find better.
