Got a nice bouquet on Friday afternoon and by Sat. nite some of the flowers were looking peaked. By Sunday atleast 4 whole sprigs of the baby roses were dead= 12-15 blooms. I thought surely this is unfortunate and they would want to know. On Monday I called and took the bouquet by. The receptionist said they would replace them or give me another bouquet. I thought that admirable- how nice.. that is not what happened. They didn't replace anything! Took out the dead flowers and told my boyfriend when he came back 5 hours later it was no big deal. I was flabbergasted they had the opportunity to replace some flowers that wouldn't have cost alot but meant alot to me and a few others that were definitely not looking good and gain a customer for life. They did NOTHING and sent it back out minus flowers paid for that didn't last 2 days. I will never send anyone back to this establishment or use them for ANY occasion!! To bad they didn't care about their customers more!!!! read more

I placed an order through Teleflora for a standing funeral spray which was filled by Greens & Things. The spray they provided used much cheaper flowers and didn't look anything like what I ordered other than the color. read more

I called and asked about the "Loving Legacy Casket Insert Sympathy Arrangement" the employee that answered ask me what that was I said it's on your website and I repeated it and she repeated "loving legacy casket insert"?? I said yes and she ask me what's that? I began to to read the description "Celebrate the honorable legacy of your loved one with this patriotic display of blue hydrangea and white and red roses." She didn't know what it was and was completely clueless I said if this call is any indication of the quality of your business, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
