I ordered a beautiful, colorful floral spray for my grandmother's funeral. What was delivered was hideous! The colors weren't the same, they weren't balanced ..as in there were a bunch of orange flowers but you will see in photos they are all on one side of the arrangement. The banner they used such light letters on a light ribbon that you can't even read it. $200 for this, and it's disgraceful. They should have been embarrassed to send this out of there shop. Ordered flowers and received something completely different from what I ordered. I was hoping to surprise my mother for her birthday. My selection was based off my mom's favorite color, blue. Instead I got a plain vase and mostly white flowers. I called to see what happened and the girl I spoke to said that they were out of the vase AND flowers that I ordered. Nothing like the picture- I ordered a 300 dollar bouquet and it looked like this the first time. AC Gil was extremely rude on the phone and in his own words " a smart alec". He kept saying "it was pretty" but it wasn't anything like the lavish bouquet I had ordered for my sister. He finally said he would have them redo the bouquet and deliver it tomorrow after I kept saying that it doesn't look anything like the picture I had ordered and was very sparse. He made me feel embarrassed and small. The florist who did the next bouquet was Sandra and she was very nice and made something similar to the picture. During a holiday weekend it's hard to get some one to answer! BUT AC did! He was also closed and took a call anyway! Opened his shop for us and totally bounced when we delayed delivery due to our new baby grand not ready to be released! He and his staff were all helpful kind and professional! I then get called the next day to say they're at my house with no warning or apology for an over 24 hour late delivery. Because it's now a work day, I go to the shop to pick them up. Despite blowing my anniversary and my coming to pick up the flowers, there was no offer of a refund or no apology for making my wife miss out on her anniversary flowers. The flowers are beautiful and the smell is amazingly fragrant. The delivery driver was very sweet and friendly. One thing I do have a problem with is this... this is South Texas where it's summer even in the winter and the year round temperatures is 89 degrees. Now I realize it's Valentines Day but if they are going to deliver chocolate in South Texas, they need to invest in a refrigerated truck or at least a cooler. Terrible service. Warning to others do not use this business. Flowers (roses) were ordered on January 31, 2019 for Valentine's Day for my other half. She never received them. I called them at 2:15 pm on Valentines Day and whom ever answered said that order was out for delivery. LIES. I called at 5:12 and kept calling because they would not answer. Finally someone answered and asked where this delivery was going and for my name and said that he was really sorry but they did not have enough drivers. I am demanding a refund and will never use them as my florist. Do not waste your time and money at this business. Called on Friday, February 15 to request a refund, lady that answered stated that they would not be doing refund but would give credit towards another bigger arrangement. WHAT.... 1. BEWARE OF THIS RIPOFF: Just Read All The Negative Reviews Below! Don't go here. I ordered flowers early for delivery to my elderly mother for the day before Mother's Day and my mother never received the flowers, yet the owner charged me right anyway. I have been calling since I learned that the flowers were never delivered this afternoon, and they are not answering the phone. What this business owner doesn't realize is that my mother is the former Constable of Nurses County and very politically connected. Most politicians from the mayor, city councilmembers and state candidates seek her endorsement because of her large following and supporters. When word gets out about this business owner's practices I'm hopeful he'll change his business practices. Corpus Christi deserves better. I have reported this rip-off to my credit card company and they are going to pursue him. I should have read all the negative reviews about this business before I ordered from this business. Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware. I live in California am originally from Corpus Christi, TX. Men do not let your wives, girlfriends and daughters go to this business alone. Again one of those issues of someone sweet talking you into buying something and then asking who are you on the delivery of the product after it was paid for. Now I got your money who cares if you get your order. Specifications of the order placed. The order was for two mums one gold and one silver. The gold one should have written on the ribbon Senior 2014 and the Silver one to have Class of 2015. The two mums would also have glitter on the corresponding mums and a large C also in the corresponding color in the middle of both mums. Which cost extra of course. I made the order the week in advance and was assured they would be ready the day before the event at 8 AM. What I received. First they lost the order. Two mums with a homecoming on the flower which you could not see because it blended in with flower. The gold mum did not have the Senior 2014 instead it had class of 2014. The silver one did have the correct class of 2015. Oh yes lets not forget the 6 inch difference in length from one mum to the other. Those of you who have teenage girls know what a travesty this is. After speaking to the owner and receiving rude remarks from his employee, about the inconvenience for the lost order he stated he would have extra trinkets put on the mums (I did not receive). When I contacted Mr. Gilmore the day after I asked for credit. I did not ask for refund. Which now I wish I had. He offered 10 or 15 dollars in credit. I told him I would like at least half of the cost of the mums which were a basic model for about 80.00 with tax maybe more around this range. This is what I received. I was told by Mr. Gilmore, "Your a miserable woman and your not going to get a g__d d__n thing!". I was very polite both times and asked what was fair. Because most would of asked for a complete refund since I did not receive and was promised in the contract which we both have copies of the receipt for. Unfortunately for Mr Gilmore I had conference the call with my brother in law on the other line to assist with details I may have forgotten since he was in Corpus Christi and I was not. My brother in law heard exactly what I heard and so did my husband on speaker phone. So there is no doubt in the words Mr. Gilmore so gladly bestowed upon me. read more

Rosa Linda was extremely helpful and the floral arrangement was WAY beyond expectations. They were absolutely stunningly beautiful. I was SO shocked at how gorgeous they were. The only issue I had was Google Maps took us to the wrong address, not the florists fault at all though. I would HIGHLY recommend this florist to anyone. GREAT JOB! read more

Worst customer service ever!! I walked in on a Friday afternoon around 5:10pm and there was a associate helping someone. I started to look at the decorations on the first table and associate says, "ahh, sorry we are closed!" I asked when that changed because it says 7pm and you are currently helping someone.
