Wanted to improve drainage in the backyard to prevent heavy rain ponding along back patio. The…read moreplan was to replace our existing drainage with a french drain system. Work was done in less than 2 weeks. It was muddy/dirty as they dug the trench for the drain while trying to avoid the existing sprinkler system in the yard. They connected existing backyard drains and some gutter downspouts where that made sense to the new drainage system. To complete the job, they repaired a few sprinkler heads and connections that were damaged and power washed sidewalks and driveway. They also saved the grass that was removed digging the trench and replaced them over the completed drain system.

It took them 2 days to demolish the 6+inch thick of concrete and haul it away. They did an awesome job and I felt bad because I had no clue how thick the concrete was. After the removal they prepared the dirt and installed irrigation sprinklers to our existing sprinkler system. They also upgraded our ancient sprinkler box to digital which is so much easier to program. They installed El Yoro Zoysia in 1 day and all I can say, it changed the whole view of my front area.
