Duane and his crew Paul and Brit installed a drain system in our yard to catch the overflow rain water from our gutters to drain out gradually to the road way. They were able to make a trench that is nearly invisible once the grass was reinstalled and we were able to witness that the drain is working as intended! They planted sod, created a wood stamped concrete lanai, planted tropical plants, widened my driveway, and installed a sidewalk and decorative lava rock. The job started out great. Duane was responsive and friendly. Very easy to talk to. There were definitely some communication issues as the job progressed. I ended up very unhappy and now he has basically refused to come correct issues that he said he would. I would not recommend, and definitely will not be using their services in the future. Some of the problems could have been headed off if I had required more specific language in the contract. Be very careful of vague wording and get exact measurements in the contract language if you do decide to use them.. plus note- I was really really pleased with Sam and his team- the sub contractor that was used for masonry. read more

I was looking to lay sod in my back yard and wanted a reasonable, yet professional company to do it. I received 5 quotes and went with Dwayne from Unlimited Landscape Hawaii, even though he wasn't the lowest bid. After speaking and meeting with him, he helped me realize that the area being covered was small enough to use a split nozzle with water hoses instead of getting a whole sprinkler system. That was such a huge savings for me and allowed me to get the better grass, which was Zeon. Dwayne could have just installed the sprinkler system and made a lot of money off of it, but he was kind enough to offer me both options and let me choose. To me, that is the epitome of a good businessman. In these tight financial times, he wasn't just looking to make money, but wanted to do the right thing.Dwayne went even further on helping me with my front yard. I asked for the quote to lay down sod in the front yard and the quote was $750.00. Dwayne said he would love the business, but advised me on how to do it myself, which I did. After helping me buy the sod for cheap, I rented the tapper, bought some topsoil and finished the job for $237.00. Again, that is the sign of Local Style Aloha and great Business Acumen. I purchased a new development home and needed to have landscaping, fencing , a concrete pathway and driveway installed. When purchasing a new development it basically comes with just the home and new owners are responsible to put in the landscaping etc.. I hired Unlimited Landscape and had a really great experience. They are professional, budget friendly, do really good quality work and very hardworking. Prior to starting the project they designed a 3D landscape rendering of my property and what the job would look like completed. The job turned out much better than I ever imagined and I love my new yard. The owner Duane is also very nice and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question he always took the time to talk to me and explain everything. The workers are also really nice and even helped me change my tire when I had a flat one morning on my way to work.
