Ordered flowers for friends renting a beach house on Pawleys Island. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Very impressed!

I have used this florist intermittently over past few years. Most recently went in two days before Valentine's Day and asked for "something spectacular". It was spectacular. Flowers still opening, wonderful scent filling the room, flowers in excellent shape five days later. My wife is thrilled. Was pricey at $140 delivered Saturday am but minimal price delivered I found while shopping around was $100 for less than spectacular for something my wife would like. Furthermore they left flowers on front porch and then called to make sure we got them, nice touch. The owner is extremely sweet, very helpful and kind. Wanted to know my wife's fav colors, took extra time to make sure we would be happy. I was initially concerned by some of the negative reviews, important to remember that sometimes people are unreasonable and/or cranky and unfortunately those are often the sort of people who leave negative reviews. read more

Do not waste your mom. My sweet mom tried to do something special for Mother's Day. Little did she know she'd be paying $65 plus deliver for carnations. The cheapest flower you can find. This incredible florist helped me during the hardest time in my life. My father passed away suddenly in November and I went in to try and order a casket spray. It was insanely short notice (I realize that now) and the absolute compassion was more than I could have ever hoped for. It was one of those "ok. I can do this." type of things but I couldn't and Patti was over the top helpful. I showed her a picture of my father, explained the type of person he was and even HIS favorite flower and she pretty much assured me that she would handle it and it could not have turned out any better. She captured exactly what I was hoping for without ever meeting him... just his emotional daughter and her husband. THIS is what a $100will get you at Greenskeeper florist in Pawleys Island. 8 flowers in a plastic square one inch deep container. Again that's $100 and that was not delivered. I ordered over phone yesterday for pick up today. It was just to put on a table in the suite that is being occupied by a bride and her bridal party. Just something to say have an amazing day. I couldn't leave the florist shop empty-handed because I had to take it to her today so this is what I was stuck bringing. I don't think this looks like $100 worth of flowers' or $100 worth of effort to make an arrangement. So I was not very proud to be sheepishly knocking at the door to deliver them and I hoped they'd get lost somehow so nobody would notice how or who they came from. For Mother's Day I needed 4 arrangements for my family. I called at the last minute, basically the day before. The owner was so accommodating and nice. She said "no problem" just give me until noon on Saturday. That was perfect. She gave me 4 arrangements that were all different than the others. They were so beautiful and smelled wonderful. Florist laughed condescendingly at my wife when she requested to see the flowers they wanted to use based on the fact that they did not have the flowers available based on what she picked from their website. The 'gentleman' suggested they had never 'screwed' anyone before. When she asked why he was laughing at her he suggested she should take her business elsewhere. Unbelievably rude. I was very excited when ordering from this business. Instead of ordering online from a National Company, I wanted to order from a small local business to support the local economy. I REGRET this decision. I ordered my flowers online with a time sensitive delivery date since the guest was only in town for a short period of time. The flowers arrived 2 days late, and every time I tried to contact the business NOBODY ANSWERED! I finally got ahold of them after my flowers were delivered AFTER the guest had left town and they said there was NOTHING they would do for me as far as a small discount since they did not arrive on time. EVEN though I faxed them the very reciept I got from them showing this delivery date they would not budge. As a small busines you would expect them to work with you- however I found their customer service to be less than helpful and actually quite rude. She told me I had no common sense to think they would deliver my flowers on a Saturday. Well, if my receipt confirms a delivery Saturday, my common sense would only say to trust the business. We went by and ordered in person, which was great because when we explained what we wanted, we really felt that the staff understood what we needed. I found this business to be inconsistent with our requests for my wedding. They did not help us choose greenery that would not be wilted in hot June sun, and my bridal bouquet was also a disappointment. They did not follow the picture that we gave them at all. It seemed that our wedding was not quiet important enough to put in much time and effort they promised. I do not recommend this business especially if you are going to pay big bucks for a large event. read more

We ordered our wedding flowers from Greenskeeper. We went in a year before hand and I felt at first they didn't care what we said because we didn't have an appointment. I emailed her a few times and finally we got the ball rolling. Honestly once we got into the new year things fell into place. They were very accommodating and even gave me an idea which I agreed to. She is the expert. We had silk hydrangeas and the guys had cala lily's. They looked amazing. I am glad I listened to her idea. Thank you for the beautiful bouquets. You did an amazing job! read more
