I was looking for an arrangement to have delivered to my aunt who has been moved into hospice care. My aunt is one of the sweetest, most wonderful people you could ever meet so I wanted it to be especially beautiful. I've had a couple of bad experiences with ordering expensive arrangements from highly rated florists only to have the delivered arrangement look nothing like the pictured/agreed upon arrangement (I assume they thought I would never know what was actually delivered). Given my relative's health situation, I didn't want the same to happen again and I couldn't have picked a better florist to ensure that it didn't. I saw a Teleflora arrangement on the Carolina Charm web site that was very pretty but not exactly what I was looking for. After just a few minutes on the phone with Julie (and with very vague information from me), they created a custom arrangement in the same price range as the Teleflora arrangement that was absolutely SPECTACULAR. They provided me with pictures of what they delivered (I don't know that I've ever seen as many flowers in a tabletop arrangement and every single one was beautiful) and they even managed to deliver it the same day. Needless to say my aunt was blown away by the arrangement and other family members said they were amazed at the size and quality of the arrangement. I can't say thank you enough to the folks at Carolina Charm Florist for providing such a beautiful way to remind my aunt of how much she is loved.

Flowers still opening, wonderful scent filling the room, flowers in excellent shape five days later. My wife is thrilled. Was pricey at $140 delivered Saturday am but minimal price delivered I found while shopping around was $100 for less than spectacular for something my wife would like. Furthermore they left flowers on front porch and then called to make sure we got them, nice touch. The owner is extremely sweet, very helpful and kind. Wanted to know my wife's fav colors, took extra time to make sure we would be happy. I was initially concerned by some of the negative reviews, important to remember that sometimes people are unreasonable and/or cranky and unfortunately those are often the sort of people who leave negative reviews.

The female that answered stopped listening to me after I requested a refund and told her that I was disappointed. At that point she refused to listen to my complaint and talked over me in a very loud and rude tone. I hung up. Later on in the day I did receive my refund but the whole transaction left a bitter taste and I will think twice about using a "local" florist, especially this one. Don't waste your time.
