Flowers still opening, wonderful scent filling the room, flowers in excellent shape five days later. My wife is thrilled. Was pricey at $140 delivered Saturday am but minimal price delivered I found while shopping around was $100 for less than spectacular for something my wife would like. Furthermore they left flowers on front porch and then called to make sure we got them, nice touch. The owner is extremely sweet, very helpful and kind. Wanted to know my wife's fav colors, took extra time to make sure we would be happy. I was initially concerned by some of the negative reviews, important to remember that sometimes people are unreasonable and/or cranky and unfortunately those are often the sort of people who leave negative reviews.

The only stipulation I had for this order was NO Lillies. They had full rein with color, shape, flowers(minus Lillie's) and cost. The bigger the better and the designer was told all of this. An hour before the event I went to pick up to see white Lillie's all over and mixed in. Too late, can't cancel or rework a bouquet that big. The entire thing had to be thrown away after the event due to having Lillie's in it. I reached called and text with the complaint but no one has responded in 3 weeks

The female that answered stopped listening to me after I requested a refund and told her that I was disappointed. At that point she refused to listen to my complaint and talked over me in a very loud and rude tone. I hung up. Later on in the day I did receive my refund but the whole transaction left a bitter taste and I will think twice about using a "local" florist, especially this one. Don't waste your time.

The owner Michelle is well known for her extravagant flower arrangements and knowledge from her previous businesses. The shop is vibrant and smells wonderful with all the floral arrangements. Herbys has all sizes of arrangements also flower cards for every occasion. The owner Michelle was there with her vibrant smile giving tons of recommendations.
