While they worked on the job we had occasion to ask about certain things or request minor things, which they were very receptive to talking about and did their best to handle. Because they had given their names, it was easier to approach them when it was necessary, and they were receptive to our inquiries in a positive way. This is very important in my mind. I know there is a fine balance, but If crews react badly or are difficult to approach, this can lead to a less than desirable relationship and impact the job and customer satisfaction, But this didn't happen with Bartlett. I approached their workers and all they would say we will keep an eye out for garbage trucks which was there way of telling me to piss off and tell someone who cares. They know full well garbage trucks being as large as they are just look done lane and if blocked they bypass the whole lane.
