If there was a lower than 1 they would get that. So I bought a Jeep from them in June. Just took it in for the oil change and tire rotation have not even hit the 3000 mile mark! Get a phone call that it is going to cost over $900- needs a new battery, there is a bearing in the blower motor that's bad, a burnt valve and an EVR switch - whatever that is! I have a warranty and lux service I paid extra for all of this and they can't even look in the system! Then when I explain that, ok we will call and get approval and we will call you back! 8pm I've heard nothing! They have had my vehicle since 8 am. Also when speaking to the service manager- I mentioned how crappy Greenway was, he made a point to state that's sales service is here to fix it, as irate as I was you would think he would have apologized for the jerks on the other side but wait doesn't the service department certify the cars before they go on the lot! With his none returning call proved my point it's not departmental bad it's a crap company that doesn't give a flying rats behind about their customers! In addition when I traded in my Nissan Pathfinder the manager had the Audacity to speak to me about the tires he had to replace on my car before he could sell it! Which was a crock of crap! It was on the lot the next day same tires, and sold within a week for 28k. This is the last time I will ever get screwed by Greenway - I will cross state lines, go to Huntsville pay more - I will never give them another dime of my hard earned money! I had a very disappointing experience. After communicating with Ms. Armstrong at great lengths (email, text, & on the phone), I was absolutely shocked when I arrived at the dealership. After a two hour drive, and being told there would be "no surprises", the vehicle is in poor condition. I specifically asked about smell (which was fine), dents, dings, scratches, imperfections. There were plenty on the exterior (broken taillight, crack in the windshield, several cracks in the grill, scratch on the hood & a door, all the way to the metal, plus many scratches all over the vehicle, a prominent ding. The interior was nice. The young sales guy wasn't saying the right things to help the situation. He could use more training. When he got a boss, he was honest and said the vehicle should have never been put on the lot in the condition it was in. We appreciated the honesty. There were a few things they said they could do, but it would not have fixed everything, would have taken 2-3 weeks or more, and required me making 2 more trips to the dealership. And, we never got to the point of negotiating a price. After all the conversations with Ms. Armstrong, I was willing to give up a day of my life, drag my father on a 4.5 hour round trip, leave my husband at home after having chemo this week, waste a tremendous amount of gas, I go home empty-handed. Just such a disappointment. I had my car title in hand, ready to trade, and drive off with my new-to-me vehicle. Could not be more frustrated and disappointed in the dealership. Our friend purchased a used vehicle from these people and drove it one time before the engine had issues. They "fixed" it and the engine light came back on the same day she picked it back up. When she brought the vehicle back they were very rude to her. They insisted they inspected the vehicle before she drove it home. When she got home lots of things were unplugged, the breather to the air filter wasn't connected at all, the engine had low oil, and there were loose bolts everywhere, including one just sitting on the engine cover. She only got to drive this car twice. She paid $3000 down and made two monthly payments on a car she hasn't been able to drive. The dealership refused to work with her for a refund or replacement. She bought this car in October and JUST got it back today, December 12th. She's been vocal about this on social media and several people have reached out to her about similar experiences. PART ONE I have been trying to get the T33 SAFETY RECALL done by this dealership since last year. First two times I called I wound up at voicemail after being transferred to the service department. I have contacted them multiple times this year and still nothing. In early June the woman that answered in service seemed very polite and helpful but stated that they didn't have the parts in stock so someone would call me to schedule the work when they came in. In the meantime I have found multiple Mopar sources that have and have had them for quite some time. No one ever called me so on July 27th I called again. Someone, woman, said the parts were in stock and I just needed to schedule a time to drop it off. I asked about a courtesy car and was told they have none. She didn't even mention that they at least had shuttle service which, after a visit to service, have found out they do. Having no other transportation I needed to wait until I could work something out. On August 5th my brother-in-law died and I needed to go to the services to be with my sister in south Alabama. With an active recall I don't feel safe driving locally and sure didn't feel safe driving my van that over 800 miles, especially at interstate speeds so I rented a car across the street from August 8th at 4pm to Friday August 11th at 4pm. Greenway scheduled the repair for that Friday morning at 7:30am. I dropped it off on the 8th and told them if they could work it in before Friday that would be great, otherwise, as long as it was done by Friday at 4pm so I could return the rental that would be fine. I was told before, in June, it was a 2 hour job and have since been told that by the general manager. Don't ever expect a call from these people, seems all they want to do is text. I got back to town around lunch Friday so I decided to unload at home, tidy up the car, and give them some more time knowing that repairs can sometimes lead to something unexpected. At 1:41pm I got a text: "Hey this is Precious with Greenway; your vehicle has been dispatched to a tech. We are behind in the shop we have a work overload. As soon as I have an update on your vehicle, I will let you know." I replied: "It has to be ready by 4. My rental car is due back then. "Behind in the shop" should not be my problem especially when I have been trying to get this done for months and dropped it off Tuesday for what I was told would be a 2 hour job and my appointment was for 7:30 this morning." She replied: "Sir I can tell you now it is not going to be done by 4:00 the techs are all loaded with work that have been here for weeks. I'm not sure who told you it was going to be two hours only but that was incorrect information." According to Chrysler.com: " The estimated repair time is one hour." I dropped the rental off at 4 to avoid be charged another day and got a ride across the street to Greenway. When I went into service Precious and another person were at the counter but neither acknowledged my existence. A man in shorts came through who I assumed was the service manager, I guess because of his pace and that he was on his cell phone. When he got off the phone I addressed my issue with him. He got on the phone again so it was safe to assume he was checking. He was on it for several minutes and when he got off I asked him something like, "So, what is going on?" to which he replied something like, "I don't know" and pointed to Precious continuing something like, "here he is!" So I asked her if they had started on it and she said no. I asked when they would and she told me it "might" be next week. I took a moment to figure out what to do as, again, I have no other transportation and my neighbors were out of town and, with the distance to my home, a ride share or cab would cost me a fortune. So I told her to get it out. While I was waiting I attempted to go through to the sales department to try to talk to the GM but it didn't look like there was a direct path without going outside. On the way back through a lady at the counter, I assume customer service, asked if she could help, seeming eager to address my needs. I did a brief summary of everything and she said she was calling the service manager to help. I described the man I had talked to and asked if that was him. She confirmed, I told her he was of no help, and he showed up. By nature I am a calm, patient, polite person but by this point I lost it. I'll spare you some of my words. I asked again about my van and he said that he had pointed me to Precious. I asked him that if she doesn't resolve the issue isn't he the next person up, being the manager? He didn't care. Apparently I am now out of space. Maybe I can finish in a follow-up? General Manager said he would schedule and get it done. That was a week ago for a SAFETY RECALL! read more

When I go on my road trips I usually always go through Florence, I had to go through here here the other day and had a check engine light and had a great experience in the service department. After reading other reviews I was very unsure if I should come here for my check engine light. Well I am glad I did. From my understanding there is a new management handling service. i have a 2020 Ram 1500 pickup... I love my truck but it has needed to be serviced a couple of times and I have never received such poor cust service anywhere as I have at Greenway Chrysler in Florence Al. I was notified I had 5 open recalls on my truck but when I took it to Greenway they said I didn't...I called and confirmed that indeed I do have recalls. The last service appt I had.. they kept my truck 2 weeks and didn't fix the issues it was there for. the service counter employees are rude and act like they'd rather not be bothered. I won't waste another minute trying to deal with them... I would have bought somewhere else had I known. it's a real shame to have a dealership in your town but have to travel to get even routine service done. This is without a doubt the worst experience that I have had with a dealerships service department. This is going to be a long review, because I want to make sure that I capture all of what was wrong with this experience. THE PROBLEM: My 2017 Ram 3500 Tradesman (Cab and Chassis), failed a DOT inspection due to the emergency brake being inoperable. The brakes were also squealing, so I asked them to check and if they needed to be replaced to go ahead and replace them.  This was on a Tuesday morning (25 May 2021), I was told there was only one vehicle ahead of me, and I explained the urgency of needing the vehicle back as soon as possible. I was informed that they understood my situation and would do everything they could to accommodate. THE GREENWAY EXPERIENCE: Later that day I was told that the most likely problem was the emergency brake cables (this was a guess, based on information that I gave them from the DOT inspector), 3 of which needed to be replaced. Also, my truck needed a serpentine belt, oil change, rotors, and brake pads. All of the parts would be in by Thursday (27 May 2021) except the emergency brake cables, which would be a week. Since I was not doing anything, but waiting for my truck to be done, I offered to search for the cables. I asked for the list of part numbers needed and they "obliged". I was handed the list of parts, which was almost immediately taken from me by the mechanic and handed to their parts department. That was the last I saw of that list. So, I went to AutoZone, told them the make and model of the truck and the requested parts, had them the next day, dropped them off at the dealership and continued to wait. While I waited I noticed a 2021 Dodge Tradesman on the lot talked to a salesman, got approved, and told them when my truck in their service department was complete we could make a deal on the 2021 Tradesman. For the record I had no negative experience with the sales team. I checked on my truck one more time before leaving for the day, and noticed absolutely no work being performed. So, I left, disappointed, but still slightly hopeful that it would all come together. I called Thursday morning (27 May 2021), and was told they would have my vehicle ready that afternoon. I show up around 2 PM, and notice there has been very little progress. I ask what is going on and was informed that the ONE truck mechanic they have is on other projects, (keep in mind the only reason I settled on Greenway is because I was told there was only one vehicle ahead of me). Thursday ends up being a bust, vehicle was not completed, but I was given Friday morning as the new completion date. So, Friday 28 May 2021), I get a call at 9 AM telling me that the cables I dropped off are the wrong parts. Almost a whole 48 hours after dropping them off, they finally put eyes on them to discover they are wrong. So now I'm pretty angry, I asked why they didn't discover this issue 2 days ago, and was informed on their view of the order a truck goes back together, and how it was my fault for getting the wrong parts. I can accept my share of the blame however, I did ask for a list with part numbers which was given to me and quickly taken away. I then requested to have my vehicle put back together so I can go to a shop in Haleyville, who were confident that they could resolve the parking brake issue quickly. This is at 10 AM, so there was plenty of time for me to get to Haleyville and MAYBE have my truck operational the same day. Upon telling them to reassemble my truck so I could go, I was then asked if I still wanted the serpentine belt changed. This came as quite a shock, since the truck had been there for 3 days already. Three days at Greenway and they still had not changed the Serpentine belt. Since they already had the old one off (they took it off on Tuesday 25 May 2021), I had little choice but to allow them to put the new one on, I was informed it would only take 45 minutes. I left to kill some time, came back an hour later to be told they had the wrong belt and the right belt was on the way. No phone call, they just waited for me to come back to inform me of this. I finally got a little rude with the service rep (Greg), who proceeded to put the blame on me for not knowing the order in which a truck is worked on, for bringing the wrong parts, and informed on the other trucks they have been neglecting to work on mine, (Again there was only one ahead of me, and they could have checked the parts when I brought them in 2 days earlier). So, now it's Friday afternoon, third promised deadline broken, and the belt is on my truck. Ready to pay and leave, I was then asked if I still wanted them to do the oil change..... The oil change that was brought up Tuesday had still not been done. Also, while changing the belt they noticed the idler arm was loose and they could replace it the same day, with no additional labor cost, but the part would be $250.00. I said, "No, give me my truck so I can leave." read more

I purchased a 2021 red am here and it's been in the shop a few times, but this last stint was 10 days and after calling and calling everyday, today is Friday and they haven't even looked at it. I told them to have it ready in the morning and they will never see me again. she used the good ole excuse we just don't have anyone working!!! what? how about calling and keeping the customers updated and you would avoid a lot of the frustrating the customer by not communicating with them. Just save yourself the trouble. If your vehicle needs service go to Huntsville, Nashville, Birmingham, or even Memphis if you have to. This place was never great but they are worse now. They brought in folks from other parts of the country (maybe California by how they act) to run the service department and they are rude, condescending, appear angry they are having to work, and they are inept at service. You'll find no southern charm, no true caring, and no honesty here like you would have found in days gone by. One of the women thinks she knows everything but has been wrong 100% of the time and charges the customers for things that did not resolve the original problem! If your vehicle is still drivable, drive it someplace else or you will find yourself with more problems! What a nifty way to get repeat customers and charge more money! My problem was EASILY resolved using a local mechanic business when I finally said "NO MORE" to this dealership. Yes, honest mechanics do exist. Poor sales service and poor after sales support. Sales: It took all day, I showed up early and told the salesman that I wanted to buy a truck at their advertised price. I have a great credit score so that was not the issue ... to process just took all day with only one guy in finance and people buying vehicles. Around mid-day I told the salesman to have the truck washed and ready but that didn't happen until after closing hours... Service: We didn't take the truck on a highway test-drive which was my biggest mistake. Driving back home I noticed a major vibration in the front end. We bought it on the 7th of March and I contacted them on the 12 about service and they said bring it in... but the Covid-19 issue and lockdown was happening so I waited until after the stay home order was lifted and contacted them today about getting that looked at. The truck only has 1000 due to the lockdown so I was not traveling. They refused to cover the repair. when I tried to call back the sent me to a voice mail box which is full and give an error hang-up message (twice)... stay away from them ... poor sales, service, and product. Overview: we are happy with the car, but we're very put off by some of the business practices. I wouldn't recommend this dealership unless you know someone that works there. If it hadn't been imperative that we buy a car that day (hubby's car died) we probably wouldn't have bought here. The good: the car we got is great. One owner, no wrecks, low mileage, nice looking, fuel efficient, etc. We have had some credit problems and a past bankruptcy, but they were able to get us financed with no money down. The bad: I felt very pressured and rushed by the salesman. I was also put off by the fact that he was a part of a traveling sales team the dealer had brought in for a sales event. It bothered me that management would take away business from the local salesmen they employ. I mentioned more than once that I had talked to someone there in the past and would like to talk to him again, only to be ignored and talked-over. This also happened when I asked to see other less expensive vehicle options. We were only shown the one car and told it was the only one that would work for our finance options. It's a $20k car, so I found that very hard to believe. The salesman very nearly lost the sale because of his old-school, pushy, rushy approach, but his finance guy, also a part of the traveling sales team, saved it by helping us get to a more comfortable monthly payment. I made the hour drive down there only to find out that he blatantly and knowingly lied and lied and lied. At that point of course I'm not buying anything from that dealership, ever. After receiving very poor service from this dealership I thought I would give them one less chance to sell me a vehicle. Young lady who took care of me was so sweet. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. The sales manager however was horrible. He offered me thousands less than fair trade on my vehicle knowing it's a special edition. He was very rude and honestly this man's hygiene was horrible. I could barely even stand to be in the show room with this guy. He insulted me and my friend also have exact same experience with him on the same day. I really wanted to buy this truck but I will not do business with someone like him. Treating you like you are dumb is not OK. I feel sorry for the people working in this dealership because the sales manager is costing them so many sales by being ridiculous. Disappointed in the head manager and this dealership. They were very dishonest. They do not honor their contract and will rip you off in the end. Have your lawyer review your contract before signing. My lawyer found the numbers were skewed to make it look like I got the deal I was offered, but I was actually shorted. When I talked to the head manager, they admitted they were wrong by making the numbers look as such but said by law they do not have to do anything to fix it. There was one guy there that understood and he tried to do what he could to help but, he could only help out so much and that was greatly appreciated. Do not waste your money here. I called another manager friend of mine from a previous dealership that I bought my last car from to get some advice about the incident at University CDJR Florence, AL. He explained that it is a dirty way of doing business and a sly trick on the backend to get money out of customers without them even realizing it. They know that this was not right and to tell me they can't do anything about it is wrong. All of the people I've spoken with about this situation agree that they should work with all customers to get to a resolution and make it right. Based on my talk with the manager, It seems I best not bet a quarter on it and lose any more money. This is going to be a long review, but here is my experience with this dealership. 9/9/20 - Traveled 2+ hours away to look at a used 2016 Mercedes GL550 with 48k miles. I test drove the car and noticed that the car shakes at 70mph So we took the car to the service dept to balance the tires to see if that would correct the shaking issue but it didn't. I told them I will purchase the car under the condition that they fix the shaking issue and inspect the brakes after the purchase. They agreed to the conditions and put in the actual sales contract that they would "fix the shaking issue." They told me there is a Greenway Kia in Antioch TN that I can take it to since its owned by the same owner Greenway, and they would just reimburse them since that dealer is only 10 mins away from me. I agreed to that because who wants to travel 2+ hours every time. I purchased the car and made my way back to TN. 9/10/20 - Dropped off the car at Greenway Kia 9/14/20 - The Greenway Kia told me that my lug bolts were stripped and that they didn't have the proper bolt lock remover to open the wheels. I had to purchase the bolt remover and new lug bolts and wait for them to deliver so they can take off the wheels to inspect the shaking. 9/16/20 - Lug bolts & remover delivered 9/21/20 - Greenway Kia diagnostics were that the car will need new tires. They rebalanced the tires with road force testing and the vibration did not stop. Which CONFIRMS that the car indeed shakes. Anyways at this point Greenway Kia will send the tire quote to Greenway of Florence and will wait for approval. Their quote was around $1400 - $1600 for Michelin or another brand of tires that I cant remember off the top of my head. 9/25/20 - Greenway of Florence said they will not pay for the tires since they are expensive and they "lost" $2500 selling me the car which is complete BS & you know its BS when other workers at the dealership agree that its BS. Anyways Greenway Florence came back and said they found some cheaper tires at Walmart (Atturo tires) and that Walmart would do the install. I was disappointed because they are obviously taking the cheap route on an expensive car, but regardless I agreed to the cheaper tires. I told them what if the tires do not fix the shaking issue, and they said once the tires get installed then they are done with the car since I took it to Greenway Kia and they diagnosed it being the tires. They told me I will have to bring the car to Greenway of Florence so the work can be warrantied and that their service dept can diagnose the shaking issue themselves. So now Im beyond pissed because first they told me to take it to Greenway Kia and now their saying bring it back to Alabama. Regardless I still agreed to bring the car back to Alabama because I want the shaking fixed. 9/26/20 - I took the car back to Alabama and spoke with the GM. I told him why was I told to take the car to Greenway Kia in the first place if you guys are only going to tell me to bring it back here. His response was that because he cant guarantee the work at Greenway Kia and he can only warranty the work they do themselves. Makes sense OK. so I told him what if the tires does not fix the issue what then? He said they will fix the shaking issue regardless since its in the contract. So I dropped off the car and went back to TN. 10/13/20 - Went to pick up my car. New tires were installed. Test drove the car and brought it right back because the shaking is still there, its better than before but still there. The Service Manager rode with me and even he confirmed that the car is shaking. When they installed the tires and test drove it they mentioned they never went over 70mph which is the speed I told them it shakes but they never took it to that speed. Service manager was cool and understanding of the situation. He brought over Kevin. Kevin came and drove the car with me and the service manager in it and I told him the shaking happens when you cruise at 70mph and stops at 80-85mph. Not once during his test drive did he cruise at 70mph because of all the traffic. He said it doesn't shake and told me he is not going to do anything else with it. He told me that it seems like Im just mad that I didn't get Michelin Tires. I told him your own Service manager acknowledged the shaking. I told him get in the car and let me drive it and I will show you that it shakes, but he said he doesn't have time and has work to do. I told him its in the contract that the shaking will get fixed and its obviously not fixed. He kept saying the tires fixed the shaking issue which it obviously didn't. His own Service manager acknowledged the shaking. I offered multiple times today and 2 weeks ago if they will take the car back but got denied. This by far has been the worst dealership experience ever. I purchased the car on 9/9 and got it back 10/13 with the same shaking issue. I will be moving forward with this legally. read more

I had a great experience at this dealership several weeks ago when my Chrysler Town & Country van sprung a leak in the radiator hose. I managed to make it here from a couple of miles away with steam pouring forth from the hood. Talked to these people for a week trying to get everything straight before we made the trip. Once we got there absolutely everything changed. Prices went up and customer service went down. We sat in a small hot office for roughly three hours while "calls" were being made. They came back with ridiculous prices. Not the kind of prices that were talked about on the phone. When that was brought up they did admit that it was a lie just to get us there. And even after all the paperwork was signed we waited I'd say 40 or so minutes for them to clean the car. When I did finally get it it was still dirty.... also I was charged $800 dollars more than the online price. I like my car, a lot, I do wish I would've went somewhere else to get it. read more

I wish there was a way to put zero starts, absolutely the worst and shadiness practices I have ever encountered. Its amazing how finance manager Kevin McCarthy put $5k worth of warranties into our loan and never asked us if we wanted them....its amazing how in finance Amy Foster never went over any of this....how do I know? I never ever buy warranties...we absolutely 100% were never asked if we wanted any of the warranties....if you have bought a car and noticed perhaps no one went over any warranties with you.....check your contract.... .my payments never changed as anyone knows, your payments go up with a warranty added...as a consumer my fault I was in a hurry thought it was standard contracting...did you know that banks will only approve you for so much but allow extra monies for warranties....one of the many lies told to me....I gave them ample time to fix....one lie after another.....I have wasted so much of my time.....and they wonder why everyone says car dealers are shady.....and before you respond to my review about how sorry the dealership is and who I should reach out to....I went to your dealership twice....TWICE AN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY!!!!!.....Kevin Mccarthy was fully aware of what he did and he was given time to fix it and did not.....he also lied about cancelling the warranty we DID NOT AND WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT.....I asked for your GM and he and the area GM pretty much hid in the office.....and when your GM Sean called me and acted like he had no idea....that above all else was the last straw.....Who in the world buys $5k worth of warranties on a brand new truck? The biggest disappoint in any Dodge/Ram dealer that I have every dealt with. They went out of their way to not put me in a truck that I didn't want. I am not going to drive something that I clone want. I refuse. Fiancé team was rude and yes I was approved but chose to go to Nashville to get a much better deal. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. Not for sales, and most certainly not for service. Two days in a row I spent waiting for my vehicle to get serviced. When it was returned to me the first time: ta-dah the brakes don't work correctly any more to the tune of jerking me into opposing lanes of traffic. Kind of a big deal there. I take it back and ta-dah they couldn't fix it. In fact they don't know what they did to mess it up. As a consolation? Well a temperature sensor went bad after the first visit too and they'll install for me for no labor cost. How...thoughtful... As I continue driving my jeep the breaks continue to be an issue and now the check engine light has come on when that wasn't on to begin with. I call in to tell them that I need service again and now I'm told they won't be able to see me until after the weekend. Excellent. I'm pretty well fed up and furious at this point and so I decide to call and speak to someone and express my dissatisfaction. At this point I have no interest in actually going back to the shit-hole but I'd like someone to at least be aware that they've lost a customer. Well the best they could offer me was "Well that sounds like a poor purchase" and "Have you thought about a new jeep?" Not an apology. Not a free check up to see what they did wrong. No, what they tried to do was get MORE money out of me after they broke a perfectly functioning jeep. That's the kind of service you can expect from this place. Don't believe the ads about new management, this place won't ever do right by a customer. We had a wonderful experience buying a new vehicle from John Roper. He was friendly and helpful from the start - never pushy at all. I didn't even realize that they would search for the car you wanted if they didn't have it. He made a list of everything I was looking for and found the car for me in about 15 minutes! John was more than helpful in finding the exact car that I wanted and bringing it back to the dealership for me. He even pointed out features on cars they did have and explained what was included in different packages to make sure it was/wasn't what I was looking for. Once my car arrived, he took time to explain features to me and offered to answer any questions that I had. Everyone that we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and just fun to be around. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John and the other guys at University CDJR of Rome. I got cussed by a sales guy after I looked at a truck and told him I wasn't planning on buying that day he called a few days later to try to sell me again and I told him I found another truck to look at and he proceeds to cuss me like a dog. read more

Buying a car could not have been more trouble. I truly believe from the moment I touched my feet to the pavement of their parking lot, the BS started. I told them what I was looking for. I told them my price range. I told them what I wanted my payment to be. They pulled a Nissan Pathfinder around for me to test. I asked what they were asking for it. Their reply? "Not sure, let's just go for a ride first, then go over it all." Red flag, I just should have stopped right there. We went for a test drive, went into the guys office, asked him for a price, he still didn't know?? So, he went to his "manager"...I believe his name is Dave? Comes back and I asked how much? Still didn't know, "Dave" is working on it all, but first tell me about you...what is the most your payment can be, the most you can pay down, blah blah. I told him exactly what I did when I came in. Salesman tells me he honestly doesn't ever know the prices, they don't get told the asking price because the company is afraid they will take a low price just for a sale. WHAT????? Anyway, here comes manager Dave. He told me what the payments would be. I said, "What interest rate?" Of course, he doesn't know. How the heck you going to tell me my payment when you can't even tell me a finance interest rate? Anyway, I can't type all the 3 hour details. But I must tell you this....when I told him the payments would be too high at the amount he gave, THE MANAGER said, "Do you get income tax? Why not just let me make the payments lower for 6 months, then when your income tax comes in you can hold out about 900 to distribute to the payments for the next 9 months then refinance?" NO. Then, "Well, do you have a credit card? We can give you 1200 to pay one off then that would make the payments easier" NO. If you can do that, then knock some off the price. Which, I STILL had no clue what the price was. NOR interest rate. Well, believe it or not, that was all on Saturday so I decided to call them back Monday morning. Guess what???? The payment went UP another 40 bucks. Stay away from this place. Other car dealerships after that visit told me to beware of any University dealer. I will NEVER even LOOK in their direction again. chris turbo promised moon delivered nothing!! waited on salesman around 5hrs what for i don't know was told meeting. They were trying to find me a new 2015 could not find one period so tried to buy new 2016 but no deal. 2.5hrs later into the deal the second salesman gave me price FULL retail on a new car and said this is a good deal. "you got to be kidding! NO WAY" second price was not bad but had to approve with manager and he was out of town. Three days later got call saying he can't do deal to low. Funny how they could not find one but next dealer found 3 units just like what i wanted. so bought it. no way will i recommend University Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of florence period. read more
