I've used Danny three times for a mortgage (primary residence refinance and two investment properties). He is hard working and always positive, which helps a very stressful process! Further, he is always looking to save me money, which isn't a normal thing among banks and mortgage agents, especially the big ones. Danny's staff are pretty good, although not as on the ball as the man himself. The underwriters he used on this last mortgage were a little ridiculous, but apparently, that was the nature of the deal. These to factors would normally mark it down a star or two, but Danny is so great to work with, that I'll happily still put up with them. I would never shop elsewhere because I trust him so much! Not only did he offer competitive rates compared to other lenders, but also Jun and his team were extremely professional in dealing with the business. Our contract was ratified late Friday and I contacted several lenders on Saturday. He was one of those who responded immediately, while some lenders did not until the following Monday.
