i've been looking for a property for several months. And after visiting about half a dozen installations and interviewing the staff, I finally found a reliable service. Kory is a great property manager. I probably visited his facility at least three times to show two different family members. Every time he receive me with a smile and would show me a unit. He even held a unit for me for a week to give me time before committing. The unit I ended up contracting is affordable, large, safe, with plenty of security. And very easily accessible. please listen to the reviews, I did not and now regret it immensely. They raised my unit price by $50 after only 3 months and another $100 after 6 months. A nearly doubled payment in such a short amount of time is ridiculous. On top of that, the staff is extremely unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of when you have questions or concerns. Feels very misleading and customer service is basically nonexistent. Please look elsewhere before signing a contract here. read more

One thing to know for anyone looking for a storage unit here; don't get too used to that initial rental charge when you first sign up for a unit. You can set your calendar to the FACT that every 6 months on the nose you will get a notice in the mail telling you that "Due to rising property cost, we need to raise our monthly rates." Every six months. And these aren't just $5 or $10 adjustments. My notice received today shows a $35 rental increase starting June 1. I have been a customer here for several years and watched these incremental changes add up to costs nearing 3x what my original rental contract was for. What's even more frustrating is getting these constant increases in rental charges but then going onto their website and noting that you can rent a new unit with the exact same dimensions and locations as the one you are currently in for substantially less. This company does nothing to support loyal customers, just expects them to keep taking the rental increases and not complain. This all being said, the local manager is terrific. The only reason I have stayed is because of how helpful he has been, but that loyalty only appears to go one way as the company doesn't care one bit about their long term customers. EDIT to add since no replies are allowed. The comment by the store below is FALSE. I have been a customer much longer than this. When the business states that I have only had one rent increase, they mean on THIS unit. I was forced to clear out of a unit I had for several years as the cost had risen to nearly $300/month. This company is absolutely horrible at customer service, and their below reply proves it. If they cared, they would actually reach out to me to discuss. read more

Very happy I chose to store my belongings here. I've used other storage facilities and this one is by far the safest, cleanest, and most well kept I've used. My unit was immaculate! It also had no weird chemical smells (which I've experienced in the past at other facilities). As for the staff, from the moment I called to inquire, Cheryl was so kind and helpful in securing my reservation. Upon my arrival, both Cheryl and Ed bent over backwards to help me with my Pods delivery and unloading. I couldn't have done this without them! :) For those complaining about a rate increase over time, that's normal, unfortunately... try storing at the big corporate storage facilities... every 3-6 months those ones raise the rates astronomically. :/ read more

Awful service. Do not recommend storing your RV here. I left my new RV here for 3 months and when I came to pick it up the brake lights and turn lights would not work because a rat had chewed through the wires. read more

Rate change every six months...and you are at their mercy as to how much of an increase that will be!Began storage leas than six months ago and already increasing the rate. Called to make sure this was correct and was told yes, "you will have a rate increase every six months!" So much for customer service. read more

Run don't walk away from this place. They raise the rent every six months with a generic post card and do not answer questions when you ask. They claim to provide "added value" but can't verbalize what that means. They are clearly only working for investors and not for reliable customers that pay on time. Worth noting, when you ask to speak with a manager, they ignore the request and it never happens. Worst storage experience I've ever had. read more

Terrible experience. We went in back in November and told them we were vacating our unit by December 5th and were told we'd only be responsible for a partial payment for the month and that the account was notated. Then they charged us for the entire month and when my wife went in to work it out, she was told it was our mistake and the employee who we worked with no longer worked there. Piss poor customer service, shady practices. I'll not only never use them again but will actively discourage everyone I know from using them. Now I know why everyone goes to U-Haul. read more
