After making some adjustments to my bill, it appears the bill for the higher amount was submitted to the insurance company resulting in an overpayment of 2115.00. I have made every attempt to get them to rectify this oversight simply to be told we are still waiting. It is now Nov 18th, the funeral was three months ago. Be sure to check your paperwork. If I had not been diligent in making sure the numbers were right, I never would have known, and I doubt they would have mentioned this.

This was hard, but the lovely couple at Plummer Funeral Home were not only accommodating but just regular folk. They were understanding of my loss and had spoke to my parent before they passed, as they wanted to be certain everything was as they planned. They were able to send faxes and provide me with all that needed for the future probate court needs. They were also not what I expected in a funeral home, they were actually homey. I felt like I was being assisted by people who respected my loss but could have been family. Thank you Plummer Funeral Home for being the least stressful part of a challenging time. The funeral home provided safety, order, and space for a viewing and a service. The chapel was clean, had sparkling crystal chandeliers (they were very clean), and the stain glass windows were simple but nice. Black piano in the lobby added a very classy touch, and contributed to the nice atmosphere. Seems like there were a lot of friendly employees available to assist quests. Also, it seems like the venue was able to house an other service simultaneously. I'm very impressed with the entire business. There were monitors on the wall that were reflecting some family memories. However, great bonuses were the acoustic in the room and well working microphones so the quest could actually follow the beautiful seremon and the lovely songs performed by the mourning family members. Parking lot was not paved but at least there was enough parking. There were some parking spaces on the street as well.
