He took the time to understand what my goals were and offered several options. He took the time to really listen and I felt like he was tailoring a plan to fit my unique needs. They (Chris and Steve) kept in close contact via email throughout the planning process, responding to all my inquiries and questions. I was impressed that company policy is to send out a scout ahead of time to get an accurate and detailed first hand look at the project so as to be adequately prepared on the day of service. On the day of service, they arrived on time in very professional vehicles (trailer, pickup truck, van). The 3 young men (intelligent college students) plus the foreman of the project, were courteous, professional, & conscientious. They were respectful of the property and removed items with care, even though the items were slated for destruction/donation. They were quick, they didn't fool around or stand around smoking, they were polite and did not curse, they didn't take a break until they were almost done (I offered them lunch). They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up any debris or trash that fell during the moving process. The entire project from start to finish went off without a hitch. The only caution I would offer is to be aware that paying with a credit card (instead of cash or check) includes a service fee, which is clearly stated on the pre-estimate contract prior to agreeing to book the service. I highly recommend Residential Cleanouts. They exceeded my expectations. I will hire them again without hesitation.

He arrived within an hour. He and his guy worked hard on a 90 degree day to get our basement cleared (had to be cleared by nightfall). They didn't have special equipment, just hardworking manpower. I pitched in and we got the job done in 90 mins. They had a great truck that we practically filled, and he was knowledgeable about disposing of paint, tires, etc. It wasn't cheap, but it was priceless.

(I won't say the larger companies' names but if you are searching for furniture removal in the area, you very likely know which ones I'm talking about). First off, they (CMP) were right on time (even some mins earlier) for *both* my price estimate and the actual removal appointments, so it's not like I only got lucky once. This is already a huge plus compared to the two other companies that I had scheduled with, where *both* of them were late for over three hours (and not only once) after the appointment window has ended. You will talk to and message the actual person who will do the job, so communication is smooth and easy. There's is no "sorry we will contact the driver" hassle. Secondly, the price CMP charged me was way much lower than those larger companies. On the actual moving day, I added several smaller furniture pieces and I asked them to took out quite a few trash bags for me (which were *not* included in our initial price estimate), so I paid more than the initial price. But still, the final price was *still* much lower than the price estimates the larger companies gave me for only my initial large furnitures. Thirdly, meanwhile, on top of everything, they are very friendly and it's relaxing to interact with them throughout the process. And they got the job down fast and neat. Can't recommend more!
