Amazing! simple, professional and cost-effective We recently completed a major construction project and had a huge refrigerator, other kitchen appliances, very large light fixtures, and miscellaneous furniture. I did a lot of online research and then found spaceback. Couldn't have been happier. Dave came to our home and did an assessment. On the appointed day, he and a team came exactly on time ready to go. He both took unwanted pieces and moved a very large armoire downstairs despite tight turns. That would have been enough. Dave and his team of two guys did an excellent job cleaning out my mom's home after she moved out, particularly in the garage and basement. My mother had lived there for over 55 years and accumulated a lot of stuff. Spaceback donated some of the larger pieces of furniture to a charity and gave us the tax donation receipts. And, if you have a strong desire to donate smaller, lover dollar value items such as glassware, clothing, dishes, house hold items and clothing, I strongly suggest that you do that yourself. I thought this was going to be a big job, but actually emptying the house was much more than I had thought. I strongly recommend these guys to do the final house cleanout. I came across a guy (Dave) wearing a Spaceback t-shirt with a phone number on the back. Stopped him to take a pick of the phone #. Called him a few days later. Gave me a price i liked. Called him and he got right back to me. Set date but had to cancel as my business closed. Called him back a week ago snd within a week he was able to came in, all with gloves and masks, and did an incredible clean up, Fast, expert, easy to work with and a man of his work. A 10* star. I used Spaceback to clean out my dad's house after an estate sale. Dave and his assistant were awesome! Dave was originally recommended to me by one of the companies I considered using for the estate sale. I contacted him a couple of months ago to find out about his services, but I wasn't sure I would actually need him. After the sale, there was a lot more stuff to get rid of than I expected, so I contacted Dave. He came the same day to check it out and give me an estimate ($500 for 10 cubic yards), and came the next day to actually do the work since I was leaving town the day after that. I didn't have Dave remove any items to be donated, just things to be discarded. Dave underestimated the amount of stuff to remove -- he didn't see everything when he gave me the estimate. Some of the stuff was nasty, and in a tight space under the back deck. During the job, Dave had to go offload some stuff from the truck to make room, and when the job was done, the truck was extremely full. Dave had his assistant worked their butts off, and it took between 2.5 and 3 hours to do everything. Dave only asked for $550, $50 more than his original estimate; I gave him $650 because I didn't think $550 was enough for what they did. I highly recommend Spaceback if you need to clean out a house. As an added bonus, the place they use to dump trash incinerates at least some of it, so it doesn't go into a landfill. read more

These guys were great! Dave gave me the estimate. He thought out loud, told me how many cubic yards he estimated, and gave me a fair estimate. He gave me a range of time he would arrive with his crew and arrived at approximately the time he said he would with his two guys. He sought me out when there was a question about anything. He asked me if there's anything I want to save out of the cellar and I mentioned a small electric meter that I hadn't been able to find. Halfway through the move he came up and handed it to me for which I was very grateful. He said "This is why people call me instead of someone else." And I totally agree. He stayed on the truck and packed everything while his two guys carried everything out of the house. They were fast and efficient on this 95 degree day. I had estimates from other companies that were higher than Dave's and I didn't really feel much confidence in any of the people who gave me the estimates until Dave came. in fact, I had already agreed to a higher estimate and when the person came he told me it was going to be two loads not one and wanted to change the estimate.
