In our case, the pickup happened to occur during a bunch of snow, but that was no problem as Chris and team arrived on time, ensuring existing furniture was cleared before the new arrived. My home is about to be listed and desperately needed a clean out on short notice. I called the Friday after Thanksgiving not expecting someone to answer. It was Chris. He said he could come over right away to scope out the job and give me a price. I appreciated his positive attitude. He arrived on schedule and developed a plan and gave me an estimated price. We agreed and the clean out started immediately. I expected the job to take at least a full day if not more. Chris took over and the job was done in a little over half a day. When you have little kids at home, the last thing you want to do or have time for is to clear out a shed filled with the previous owners' belongings. Fortunately, Residential Cleanouts came to our rescue! Chris was prompt, easy to communicate with, and gave a truly reasonable price for the work that was done. We ended up paying for their haul away service where they filled up their van with our things. We also asked Chris to clean off the shelves and the floor (which included mouse droppings).
