This is unbelievably unprofessional, considering that all of our communications with him have been polite and professional through email. The only critical statement we made was pointing out that their team was unprofessional for not responding to multiple emails for over a week at a time. It is unacceptable for an insurance representative to make personal judgments and share those opinions with outside contractors. Our home repair estimates were all over $60,000, yet David Porter was only willing to approve $20,000--leaving us severely under-covered. Additionally, Rebekah Ninteman and Kiqra Torres Jimenez were both unhelpful and did nothing to improve the situation. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend working with a different insurance company if you value professional communication and fair claim handling. Avoid Farmers Insurance if you can.
