The tour driver simply dropped us off after a 45 minute drive and said she'd be back in 3 hours to pick us up - not exactly my idea of private anything. After we complained the driver, Diane, stood fast arguing it was private and refused to give us a refund. It truly was a total rip off and she took advantage of us as tourists. Absolutely do not use her. She deserves a "minus" 5 stars.

This company is unethical and not honest. My wife and I plus another couple booked this taxi cab…read moretour for $400/cab plus museum entrance fees. We were told that it would only be four of us for the cab. However, when we met up by the cruise port, we were told two more passengers would be joining us, but our fees were not reduced. At the end of the tour, we contacted the owner (Simon) and he later wrote to us via WhatsApp and agreed to refund CAD$20 per person as a "good will gesture"! It has now been over six weeks and we have not seen any refunds except more messages saying he is checking and will get back to us. I do not believe anyone should book tours through this company because of its false advertising and false promises.

Horrible Service!!!…read more I had an old man overcharge me than what I was ever charged by that company had before and when I questioned it he lost it, shouting and swearing. When I told him I was going to complain he said he was going to kick my ass and he knew where I lived! I called the dispatch he said buddy was private (um he got my fare through you SOMEHOW) and proceeded to tell me he wouldn't do anything but I am apparent welcome to call the cops! I will make sure EVERYONE I know knows about this! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!!!
