They splashed concrete on my siding and windows on the back patio.They left chunks of concrete and construction debris on my patios, on my lawn, and all around the base of the house. All of my plants and shrubs that they removed were tossed into my large azalea garden in my front yard! There are large cracks in all of the new cement they used around the house. There was no cleanup done by the work crew! This is very unprofessional!!! Very disappointing!!! We spent too much money on a terrible job.

Bait-and-switch materials, extreme delays, and a week-long fight for my deposit. I hired this…read morecompany to install a 20-mil vapor barrier, paid extra for the premium material, and had an incredibly frustrating and dishonest experience. The crew arrived over an hour late at 10:40 AM. By 1:00 PM, they had only covered about 50% of the area before leaving for lunch. They did not return until 4:30 PM, claiming they were trying to locate and purchase more vapor barrier. When they finally returned, I realized the new material was only 12-mil. When confronted, they admitted that the material they had already installed before lunch was also only 12-mil. I explicitly requested and paid a premium for 20-mil material and installation. I fired them on the spot for using cheaper, incorrect materials. It then took a week of back-and-forth communication with an office representative just to secure my refund. To finally get my deposit back, they forced me to sign a waiver promising not to pursue them legally. The entire process, from the initial quote by one female representative to the frustrating refund process with another, was highly unprofessional. Avoid this business.
