Considering my extensive experience with massages, this speaks volumes about the quality of their services. From the moment we entered the spa, the exceptional customer service set the tone for an outstanding experience. Every staff member displayed genuine enthusiasm and a commitment to ensuring our utmost satisfaction. The spa's locker room and lounge areas were designed to promote complete relaxation. One of the unique features they offer is the "running of the waters," an Indian tradition where you can enjoy a private room to soak in a mineral bath from local hot springs. It was an incredible and rejuvenating experience. After your massage, you're given 20 minutes to unwind in these therapeutic waters. The spa is built around the sacred, ancient Agua Caliente hot mineral spring, which has been providing 12,000 years of healing mineral water. The facility spans an impressive 72,000 square feet and boasts a resort-style mineral pool, four whirlpools, float pod suites, halotherapy salt caves, a cryotherapy chamber, and eucalyptus steam rooms. For those seeking a relaxing poolside experience, the spa also offers a fabulous pool area where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a delicious lunch. We indulged in some delectable breakfast items at their snack coffee bar area, including a delightful chia seeds pudding topped with fresh berries and a robust, smooth coffee. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and she felt incredibly special and well taken care of throughout her visit. I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was at the Spa at Agua Caliente. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional massage and spa experience.

He focused exactly where I needed it most: my neck, shoulders and lower back which have been giving me trouble because of my pHe explained that I probably would have benefited more from the therapeutic massage instead of the Swedish massage I booked. I was worried a therapeutic massage might be too intense, but he reassured me and used just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling relaxed and with so much less tension. He was very respectful, draped everything professionally, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The room was a little warm, but he did everything he could to make it as comfortable as possible. My facial with Andrea was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, professional she truly has magical hands. The facial massage was one of my favorite parts of the facial. My face felt tightened and toned afterwards. Image Skincare products smelled incredible. My skin looked so radiant, hydrated and glowing afterwards. It was exactly what I needed. If you're a local, I highly recommend supporting this wonderful small business you won't be disappointed. If you're staying at the hotel definitely treat yourself to a service while you're there. They work by appointment only so I recommend booking in advance, as Andrea the esthetician is on call. The spa itself is a little dated but honestly that didn't affect my experience one bit. The quality of the treatments and the professionalism the genuine care I received were what truly stood out. I highly recommend them. Thank you Andrea & Miguel for my wonderful spa experience.

Didn't think much of it till my skin started to burn Later that day. I kept out of the sun, and never have had a problem prior. The next day my skin was red and raw on my cheeks. One day after that, it looks like a bunch of little cuts. I'm not one to complain. But the lady at the front desk on Sunday morning told me it was something I needed to take care of, and I should see a dermatologist. I asked if any sort of compensation or certificate, and she said she couldn't. Highly disappointed to be leaving to go home with my skin like this.
