Gregg was recommended by my neighbor. He arrived as planned letting me know when he was expected to arrive, which I appreciated. I had hired him to clean my gutters and saw that he also did windows as advertised on his truck. I asked if he would be able to give me an estimate. Not only did he clean the gutters but also was able to fit in cleaning my windows the same day, which did take a little longer. Everything is clean and sparkling; the gutters, the windows and the screens. He also repaired the broken corners on one screen. He offered suggestions on areas of the gutters that would benefit from gutter guards and what he needed to do in order to clear the down spouts. My hunch is the previous gutter cleaner did not do as through a job as Gregg. Gregg's rate was extremely reasonable! Yesterday I started a search for a business to clean our rain gutters. I was contacted by Gregg Keyes Services within minutes of my query. I was looking for a different company do clean my windows at home and on the basis of Yelp reviews chose Gregg's. Wow! He and his assistant were careful, quiet, meticulous - I hardly even knew they were here except that I can't even see my windows now, they are so clean. He asked if he could call in 6 months, or 8 months or a year - whatever schedule I was comfortable with, to schedule the next cleaning, and for the first time EVER I said yes. My husband and I used Gregg's Window Cleaning for the first time Sept 19, 2017. We contacted them in the early morning and they came out the same day to wash the windows and clean out the rain gutters. After cleaning the gutters they got on the roof and swept and washed everything off. They scraped paint off the windows before cleaning them and all the windows now sparkle like never before. I have been using Gregg's Window Cleaning for about twelve years. I have high windows that are clean and free of streaks when he finishes. He has also pressure washed the house and gazebo. I have been extremely pleased with all of the services both inside and outside. Gregg is always punctual or a bit early. Window screens were original to house, built in 1993. They were a mess! Gregg and his crew did his magic, they're all new and perfect now. Downstairs windows were badly water spotted from sprinklers and hard water. Paid a bit extra for all spots to be removed, Windows are all sparkly clean again. I've lifted all my shades and blinds so I can see out into my yard and gardens again. Used to keep them down so I didn't have to look at how dirty it all was. Gregg and crew are meticulous gentlemen. Greg's guys cleaned our windows yesterday and did a very good job. WE screwed up by forgetting to tell them beforehand about the type of windows we had (divided and french plus skylights), which are much more labor intensive than typical windows. We will definitely use them again, and next time we'll remind them of our window type so they will know what to expect time and labor-wise. It was very nice to have people clean your windows at the Quality i want them at.....I dont like half ass jobs, so I will be using them again The windows are so clean it doesn't look like I have any windows and they're from the beginning of 1970s so they're almost 50 years old. Then while here, I had Tim power wash our carport, patio, and walkways to get rid of the "green" stains from all the recent rain. I only needed the outside of my windows and glass-sliders done and some webs knocked down. He did all the windows of my 2-story house for $120.00 in about 2 hours, same as last year. These guys are great! I found them online and asked for a quote and they were here within an hour. Our windows were so gross, they probably haven't been cleaned in years.
