Made an evening appointment for Monday January 26th with Derek Richtsmeier to view the 2018 Nissan Murano...drove an hour and a half to view it and possibly negotiate a deal...told them I was preapproved at financial institution for a certain amount and would like to come back to discuss to trade in my current car...they agreed and shook on it...came back today Saturday January 31st to negotiate the deal and do paperwork...worked with the kind salesman Trent and he told he would drive the car up to review it...we came outside it was a Chevrolet Equinox waiting for me and was told the Nissan was sold Tuesday...nobody informed me about it being sold...it would've have been nice/decent of them to notify me that it was sold Tuesday so I didn't drive another hour and a half for nothing. I asked the sales manager, didn't catch his name (but was a heavier set dude who wore a plaid scarf), why didn't no one notified me especially when I shook his hand in particular and he told me he would work something out when I came back...his answer was "idk and I didn't think you were trying to negotiate a deal with us and the cars are for sale 24/7"...needless to say I left with nothing and my time wasted and not even an apology. read more
