One morning, I showed up right before they opened at 7:30 and there were already people lined up. The pastries here (savory and sweet) were all incredible. Some of the best we had in all of Europe. I was a bit annoyed that rather than ring me up, allow me to sit down and bring me my cappuccino, I was made to stand and wait until my drink order was finished. As I sat down, there was a mini rush. I was glad to have a seat because Sweet wasn't meant to hold a large crowd. The goat cheese puff was good; with each bit I could taste the goat cheese, meaning there was lots of goat cheese, yummy. The puff also had large tomatoes and a bit of basil, which added a nice flavor. The crust was light and flaky and I am sure I would have enjoyed the puff even more if it had been served warm. The cappuccino was also very good, but had a bit too much foam and not enough liquid for my taste. I like just a bit of foam and lots of liquid, next time I will request it that way. Overall Sweet was not bad, I would visit again, but doubt that I'd make it my regular boulangerie.
