The customer service was also great, and their cold beer walk-in (beer cave) had lots of options for our Fourth of July weekend. Granted the refund was begun immediately through the app-BUT this takes a few days for funds to be returned. This should not happen ever let alone multiple times. I understand you pay for convenience but milk is almost twice as much as any other store. Hence the loss of one star. Overall, it was a great visit and they had exactly what we needed.
