I feel it's important to warn other patients about this. This Office charges a yearly administrative fee to patients who have both Medicare and Medi-Cal. And all my experience dealing with duel eligible coverage, I have never heard of a primary care office requiring an annual administrative or membership fee like this patients with Medi. Medi are often seniors with disabilities living on very limited fixed incomes, adding a mandatory yearly fee create an unexpected financial burden and feels specially concerning for this population. If you have Medicare and Medi-Cal, make sure you ask very clearly whether there are an annual administrative or membership fee before becoming a patient here transparency about costs should be standards, especially when serving vulnerable patients. read more

Dr Paronian and his PA Luisa are the best GP's I've ever had! They are incredibly thorough. E.g. I've never had physicals where I was spot checked for weird moles. Luisa checks my blood work and makes suggestions- I feel a lot better with Vitamin D and Magnesium supplements. I can't say enough good things about them. They have a phlebotomist in-house so I don't have to make an additional trip and appointment to get my blood drawn. They are fantastic! read more

I was so impressed with her professionalism and attention to care. Definitely, she is a person with high integrity and commitment to patient care. Best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Paronian is very competent and thorough, never rushed or too busy to answer questions. I think he really cares about his patients' well-being, which should be a job requirement, but I don't think this is true of all doctors. One nice thing is that now that I'm an established patient, Dr. P doesn't always need to see me for a visit every time I need a medication dosage adjustment or a referral to a specialist - a nice change from my last doctor. I just contact the doctor through an online message portal and let him know what's going on, and if he needs to see me, he'll let me know. Otherwise, he's happy to make a referral or change a medication or a dosage or whatever without having to see me. The office is clean, modern, and well run. Had 3:00 appt. Arrived at 2:50. Checked in. Girl at front desk said she got my forms online. All was good. Signed 1 form. Was asked to take a seat. At 3:45, 45 minutes after my appointment and watching no less than 6 people arrive after me and be called in, I gave up and left. At no time did anyone say a word to me. It was easy to schedule the first appointment and don't have to take long months. The staff was very accommodating and so as Dr. Gregor himself. All the good reviews here are true. Gregor is awesome. He put together a plan before I tested positive for covid. When I contacted him after hours he had a prescription ready soon after. Called me often to check on me and I made sure I beat covid. Go ahead and call your doctor right now and ask what the plan is if you test positive for covid. My wife was told if that happens she should go to the hospital if it gets bad. That is not care that is plain just plain incompetent. I had initially wanted to see my Dad's physician Dr.Manvelyan, but she wasn't accepting new patients at the time so she referred me to Dr.Paronian who saw patients in the clinic next door. I decided to give it a chance. Best risk I ever took. I love Dr.Paronian and his clinical staff. His office manager Esther is the sweetest and they are VERY accommodating. I needed to get an emergency TB test and they fit me in right away, even before I had established care with him. I WAS a new patient and had an urgent medical issue. My wife and I called this office several times and was not allowed to speak with Dr. Paronian. The receptionist told us that the doctor was aware of the situation and he would call us AFTER OFFICE HOURS. We NEVER received a return phone call from the doctor and I went to the ER and was immediately admitted into the hospital and remained for one week. The receptionist was unconcerned with the urgency of the situation and never once suggested I call 911 or go to the emergency room for treatment, which should be standard procedure. I do not know whether Dr. Paronian was informed of the situation, as I have NEVER heard from him. I sent a letter to express my dissatisfaction with his lack of responsiveness and lack of concern displayed by his staff AND to cancel my second appointment in writing. I never received a response and received a phone call from his staff reminding me of my scheduled appointment. I received a second phone call asking me to call and reschedule my appointment. His staff does not have a clue and I will not be returning to see Dr. Paronian. I found another physician that IS responsive to my needs and shows some genuine regard for my well-being. read more
