Paid parking structure to your right with the building number "800" in large green colors. Otherwise, there's free street parking if you can find one. Dr. Iwata and his team has continually provided great medical services and are always a phone call away if you need any other medical assistance. Restrooms: To your left before entering Suite 410. I do agree that her front desk staff post-pandemic left lots to be desired but her new staff (read: she sees problems and solves them) are amazing. However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

The voicemail we received said only "Hello, we are calling from California Cardiovascular in Pasadena regarding your appointment. You have August 13th at 12:10 pm" (of course, the day before we had confirmed the appointment by pressing "1" as instructed.) The cancellation resulted in my wife and I changing other important plans which, in turn, affected many other people in a domino effect. We are not people to him or his staff - we are most likely in my opinion simply an annoying way to get a paycheck. Shame on him and his team. We were subsequently informed that this doctor has a history of missing or being very tardy to his scheduled appointments. His lack of respect and responsibility to the people he is supposed to care for in this manner is at best unfortunate and clearly rude - and a complete "zero" in our opinion.
