One thing I really liked is that he had experienced the pain of being with a borderline personality disordered person himself, but really seemed to have healed and was really great at his own self work. He always offered me tea or water when I got there, & gave me tissues when I needed to cry, which was very much needed & appreciated. Sometimes the little things make all the difference in the world. The pysciatrist was 25 minutes late to our appointment time, and was not considerate of my time at all and continued the appointment well past the end time and when I mentioned she went well past the end time she was not understanding or considerate of my time at all. She clearly had never done teletherapy before and struggled to keep a thought. Then to pay the bill it took 2 weeks of calling the accountant because the only way to pay was by calling her during business hours. Nobody else's time is important when it comes to this office and was the most unprofessional mental health experience I have ever had.
