One thing I really liked is that he had experienced the pain of being with a borderline personality disordered person himself, but really seemed to have healed and was really great at his own self work. She clearly had never done teletherapy before and struggled to keep a thought. Then to pay the bill it took 2 weeks of calling the accountant because the only way to pay was by calling her during business hours.
