Really incredible place. The owner is very talented at teaching. She's great with kids and adults. The horses are very trained and beautiful. Beautiful area. Great with lessons and the horses are incredible. Couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone who wants to learn or is experienced. I've learned a lot of the details of riding and safety tips. Very inconsistent lesson schedule with trainer cancellations due to an abnormal frequency of allergy/cold symptoms or potential bad weather (that would be for coming days or times of day not closely related to our scheduled lessons) are more common than the actual normal proceeding of a typical lesson. I bought a package for two students that should have been completed in the course of two months and in three months time, we still had over half our lessons left and no actual riding despite having prior experience. I finally filed a claim with PayPal and Gregory Farms paid the claim but did so in a manner that cost me a portion of my return to PayPal fees even though I offered to accept LESS than I was actually owed. It was a final confirmation that this "business" is not legitimate nor has a standard of business ethic that is worthy of charity or consideration in my opinion. Very frustrating experience with unprofessional and disingenuous business. My experience mirrors the others who had similar experiences to share. There are several dedicated and dependable service providers in the same area. Look elsewhere. read more

Met with Kaitlin on August 5, at her house which is where she does the lessons, to set up lessons the meeting was fine and I liked her philosophy of horsemanship and that she teaches more than just on the horse's back. We scheduled my lessons for Sunday's and we were going to try for the 7th but couldn't because of rain. I paid $375 for 10 lessons on the 6th of August. We had our first lesson on the 14th which consisted on Kaitlin talking for an hour while I groomed her horse even though I have had multiple years of horseback lessons prior to working with Kaitlin. My second lesson was two weeks later on the 28th where I lead her horse around her back yard and helped feed her other horses she then stayed that the next lesson would be leading a different horse around because he is more difficult. I have not had a lesson since and requested a refund of $275 which would deduct the $100 that the lessons I had would have costed as single lessons. I was denied this refund despite Kaitlin canceling every lesson because of weather conditions that were predicted to start much later than my scheduled time (my lessons were at 11am and bad weather would start 5pm or later). I decided to just stop the lessons as there are other people that I can learn from on my own horse in the discipline I want that won't cancel on me every week for months at a time.
